摘　　要： 本文主要通过对埃克森美孚石油公司对外投资战略进行研究，并且总结其给中国国家战略和中国石油公司带来的启示。笔者首先回顾了国内外对于对外投资理论以及公司战略的研究，然后对埃克森美孚公司的发展历史及现状作了简要的介绍，随后从埃克森美孚公司的对外投资战略与美国国家战略的联系、埃克森美孚公司对外投资战略与其公司文化的联系、埃克森美孚公司的具体战略剖析三个方面进行分析，最后总结埃克森美孚公司对外投资战略对国家战略和中国石油企业的启示。 In this paper, the author aims at highlight revelation to national strategy andChinese Oil Company by analyzing foreign investment strategy of Exxon Mobil.Firstly, theories of foreign investment and company's strategy are reviewed. Then, thehistory and status quo of ExxonMobil Corporation are introduced briefly. In thefollowing part, analysis is expanded from three aspects: contact of ExxonMobil'sforeign investment strategy with U.S. national strategy, contact of ExxonMobilforeign investment strategy with its corporate culture, ExxonMobil specific strategicanalysis. Finally, enlightenments to Chinese national strategy and Oil Company areconcluded.
