摘　　要： 本报告基于作者三个月来在深圳华为公司财经领域的口译实践经验。在这三个月的实习期里，作者曾为区域CFO研讨会，财经部门例会和非正式的讨论等场合做同声传译。由于很多会议是临时召开，还有的会需要临时更换译员，所以作者没有足够的时间做译前准备，这导致了她缺乏会议背景知识，在口译过程中紧张，对原发言的误解，跟不上说话人的语速，以及译文表达的晦涩难懂。 本篇报告中，作者将以区域CFO研讨会为案例，重点分析两个部分：一是研究在没有充分译前准备的情况下遇到的种种困难，二是研究对此次口译实践后的经验和教训总结，提出可能的解决方案和建议。通过本报告，作者希望后来的口译员能从中收益。 This report is based on the author’s3-month long field work as a simultaneousinterpreter for Huawei Corporarion. During these days, she interpreted for FinanceDepartment on many occasions, including formal CFO workshops, regular meetingsand informal discussions. Some meetings were hastily scheduled and sometimes theinterpreter was accidentally changed, therefore, the author did not have enough timeto prepare and did not know much about the background of the meeting. Due to theinsufficiency of the background knowledge, anxiety and misunderstanding of thesource text were unavoidable. Sometimes the author failed to keep up with thespeaker, so the output was awkward. In this report, the author lays special emphasis on two parts: to probe intoproblems arising from insufficient preparations for the meeting; summarize herlessons and propose possible solutions to these problems. The author hopes thatwould-be interpreters can benefit from her experiences.
