摘 要: 随着我国经济的飞速增长,用电负荷的不断增长,用户对电能质量要求的日益提高,配电网无功优化补偿的重要性也日益增强,无功调控的难度也日益增大。电力系统无功的合理分布式保证电压质量和降低网损的前提条件,甚至是确保电力系统电压稳定的物质基础,因此无功电压调控是电力系统控制的核心工作之一,系统对无功功率和电网电压的调节、控制能力要求越来越高,难度也将逐渐增大。 解决这个问题,目前,比较有效地方法有两个:变压器调压、无功补偿。目前JM地区就较大面积的采用了安装集中式无功补偿装置的方法,来提高电压合格率。但传统的集中式无功补偿装置没有针对电容器保护、故障状态闭锁、故障信息上传等进行研究,所以导致了现场集中式无功补偿装置的运行不能上传到主站,不能做到信息交流。 JM地区各供电所反应,在日常巡视工作中发现动态无功补偿设备的故障率较高,容易出现控制器失灵、电容器组投退不正常、电容器烧毁等方面的故障。这就造成了无功补偿装置无法发挥正常作用,无法起到电压调节的作用。由于现时JM地区应用的无功补偿设备没有在线监测功能,而补偿点众多,这就造成了电容器故障后不能得到及时维修,从而影响了用户的正常用电及JM局的优质服务水平。 针对上述问题,本文在对JM地区低压无功补偿装置现状展开调研的基础上,对故障问题进行了初步分析,提出应用低压配电无功补偿设备在线故障监测系统来解决此问题的方案,并通过配网节能规划分析软件PSAS确定无功补偿安装试点、补偿容量、补偿前后潮流及经济效益分析,并结合配电网无功补偿优化计算,为几条典型线路制定了无功优化补偿方案,分析了该方案在改善电压质量、节能降耗及在线监测与故障诊断方面的有效性。最后通过在JM地区的实际应用,检验在线故障监测系统的实际效果并跟踪试点运行状况。 With the fast development of economic and electric load growing, power quality to powerusers is improving day by day, the reactive power compensation and regulation becomes moreand more important as well. The appropriate distribution of reactive power in power system isthe precondition of improving power quality and reducing power system loss. Therefore,reactive power and voltage regulation is the key work in power system. To ensure the security and stability of the grid operation, JM Power Supply Bureau put a lotof manpower and resource during the routine line patrol work, discover a high failure rate ofthe dynamic reactive power compensation devices and the controller, the unnormal in and outof the capacitor, and the burning of the capacitor and so on. But the traditional centralizedreactive power compensation did not focus on the protection of the capacitor and the atresia ofthe fault condition, the upload of the fault information especially, led to the scene of thereactive power compensation device operating status can`t be uploaded to the main station,and can`t realize the flow of information. Not only the reactive power compensation devicecan`t work properly but also can`t play the role of the voltage regulator. Now, the reactivepower compensation equipments belongs to JM Power Supply Bureau are lack of the functionof online monitoring and fault diagnosing, and with the large amount of the compensationpoints, leads to the problem that the failure capacitor can`t be repaired timely, not only haseffect on the user's normal use of electricity and the standards of service of JM Power SupplyBureau, but also wastes a lot of manpower and resources. Therefore, it is a viable method to put into using a new generation of intelligent low voltagereactive power compensation device which can realize reactive power compensation, on-linemonitoring fault diagnosis and warning and other functions in order to solve the problemdiscovered in JM Power Supply Bureau. To solve the problem of Reactive power compensation equipment breakdown frequentlyof10kV power distribution network, unable to be discovered timely and wasting a lot ofmanpower and resource, this paper proposes one method to use the JST-C20SeriesLow-voltage Intelligent Capacitors to solve the problem, and unifies the idle workcompensation optimization computation, formulate the idle work optimization compensationplan for several typical lines, analysis the validity of this method on improving voltage quality,energy saving and on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis.
