高校巨构式教学建筑设计研究

摘  要: 进入新世纪,我国高等教育发展迅速,高校扩招成果明显。为了适应时代的新需求,我国高校在办学理念和管理模式方面也放生了重要转变。与此同时,高校的扩张与我国土地资源的紧张状况间的产生了矛盾,从而使校园规划呈现出集约化等趋势。“巨构”是西方在二次大战之后产生的以解决城市大规模发展过程中所遇问题为目的思潮,但因其理想化色彩较浓,故首先在组织简单、易控制的高校校园这一城市模型中得以实践。随着时代的发展,高校巨构式教学建筑的设计实践也开始在我国逐渐展开。在已完成的实际项目中,巨构式教学建筑各方面的优越性已经有所体现,但由于缺乏理论研究的支持,创作中不免出现种种问题。因此,有必要对高校巨构式教学建筑的特征、问题以及具体设计中的应对策略进行一次总结和梳理,以指导未来的设计实践。 本文第一章为绪论,包括研究背景、研究对象的概念界定、研究目的和意义、国内外研究现状、主要研究内容与方法以及论文基本框架。第二章首先对“高校巨构式教学建筑”这一概念进行了进一步解析,接着将高校巨构式教学建筑从在校园整体规划中所充当的角色、所包含的功能属性、总体布局的模式三个方面进行了系统分类,并对各类巨构的特点进行了概括,使后续研究具有更高的针对性。第三章首先介绍了高校巨构式教学建筑产生的过程及其原因,同时分析了其实践现状以及比较优势和现存问题,从而引出了接下来的研究方向。第四章通过总体布局的选型与设计和功能布局两个方面分析了高校巨构式教学建筑的布局结构设计。第五章通过外部交通组织和内部人流组织两个方面分析了高校巨构式教学建筑的交通系统设计。第六章首先将巨构式教学建筑的公共交往空间分为室外、室内和灰空间三类并分析其特征和设计要点,接下来分别从多义性、结构性和生态性三个方面探讨其优化设计策略。 本文通过研究、分析国内外相关的文献资料和典型的实际案例,为高校巨构式教学建筑这一建筑类型的概念和特性提供一个相对全面的阐述,并通过归纳、整理得出在巨构式教学建筑设计过程中出现的特有矛盾及其一般规律和应对策略,并在此基础上对巨构式教学建筑的未来发展做出展望。 Since the arrival of the new century, higher education has developed rapidly in ourcountry, and enrollment expansion of colleges and universities has resulted obviously. Inorder to meet the demands of a new age, the educational philosophies and the managementpatterns have also changed significantly in Chinese colleges and universities. At the sametime, there became to be a contradiction between the expansion and the tension of landresource in China, which led to some trends, such as the trend of intensification, in thecampus planning field.'Megastructure' was a ideological trend which appeared in the westafter world war ii, with the purpose of solving the problems produced during the process oflarge-scale development of the cities. However, because of the deep idealistic color, it wasonly realized in the campuses of colleges and universities, the models of real cities, whichwere simply organized and easy to control, at first. The design practice of teachingmegastructures in colleges and universities has started gradually in our country with thedevelopment of the era. The advantages of teaching megastructures in colleges anduniversities have already been reflected in the projects completed, but there is still some sortsof inevitable problems due to the lack of theoretical support. In order to guide the futuredesigns. Therefore, it is necessary to make a summary of characteristics and problems of theteaching megastructures in colleges and universities along with the coping strategies inconcrete designs. The first chapter is an introduction that introduces the background of the research, thedefinition of the research object, the purpose and significance of the research, the researchstatus at home and abroad in the related field, the main research contents and methods as wellas the basic framework of the thesis. In Chapter2a further analysis of the definition of 'teaching megastructures in colleges and universities ' is carried on, then the teachingmegastructures in colleges and universities are systematically classified from threeperspectives /(the roles in the planning of the whole campus, the functional propertiescontained and the master layout patterns/). And after that the properties of all kinds ofmegastructures are summarized, making the follow-up studies more targeted. The thirdchapter first introduces the birth process of the teaching megastructures in colleges anduniversities as well as its causes. Then the present practice situation, the comparativeadvantages and the existing problems of the teaching megastructures are studied, leading tothe follow-up research directions. The fourth chapter analyzes the design of layout structureof the teaching megastructures in colleges and universities from two aspects that the patternselection and design of the master layouts and functional layout. The fifth chapter analyzesthe design of the traffic systems of the teaching megastructures in colleges and universitiesfrom two aspects that the external traffic organization and internal traffic organization. InChapter6the social intercourse spaces of the teaching megastructures in colleges anduniversities are firstly classified into three kinds: the outdoor spaces, the indoor spaces andthe gray spaces. Then the features and design points of all the kinds are analyzed. Next thearticle explores the optimal design strategies of the social intercourse spaces by promotingtheir ambiguity, designability and ecology. In this paper, a relatively comprehensive description of the definition and features ofteaching megastructures in colleges and universities, as an architecture type, is providedthrough the research and analysis of the relevant literature information and typical cases athome and abroad. In addition, the particular contradictions produced during the architecturaldesign process are found, as well as the general rules and the coping strategies, throughinduction and reorganization. And on this basis the research prospects of the futuredevelopment of the teaching megastructures in colleges and universities are proposed.
