摘　　要： 在中国国民经济和社会发展十二五规划纲要中，有两处地方提到了要大力发展小型微型企业，而在2012年的政府工作报告中更是7次提及小微企业的发展问题。为贯彻落实国务院的部署，广东省政府出台了《2012年扶持中小微企业发展的若干政策措施》。由此可见，小微企业已经得到了中央及地方政府的高度重视。在中国这样的一个发展中大国，无论是从发展国民经济出发，还是从增加就业出发，都要求大力发展小微企业。 企业的发展问题是企业研究的永恒话题。世界上每天都有成千上万的企业成立，也有难以计数的企业在倒闭。是什么因素影响了企业的成长与发展，是什么因素决定企业的兴衰与成败?如果能揭示这些影响小微企业经营终止的相关因素，那么无疑会对企业管理者或创业者提供有意义的参考价值，同时也能为政府有关部门在制定相关扶持政策时提供有意义的借鉴。 本文以中国广东省小微企业为研究样本，以企业成长理论、可持续发展理论，企业生命周期理论和企业破产理论为研究的理论基础；从会计师事务所收集原始数据，以2007年到2012年为研究期间；从盈利能力，融资能力，营运能力，发展能力等方面比较了存续公司，破产公司的差异。通过逻辑回归分析，试图基于财务的角度说明是什么因素导致了广东省小微企业走向倒闭消亡。并为小微企业的利益相关者提出相应的对策建议，让小微企业更好地存续发展下去。研究结果表明，小微企业的盈利能力和融资能力依然是决定小微企业生死存亡的关键因素，而营运能力和发展能力也对小微企业是否发生经营终止存在着重要的影响作用。 In the “Outline of the12th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and SocialDevelopment”, there are two places mentioning that China should vigorously develop smalland micro enterprises. On the other hand, there are seven times mentioning the problems ofsmall and micro enterprises’ development in the government’s work report in2012. Toimplement the deployment of the State Council, the Guangdong provincial governmentintroduced “a number of policy measures to help small and medium micro-enterprisedevelopment in2012”.Obviously, the central and local governments have been attached greatimportance to the small and micro enterprises. In fact, as a big developing country as China,not only from the development of the national economy, but also from increasing employment,developing the small and micro enterprises is necessary. The development of the enterprise is the eternal topic of the research on enterprise. Everyday, thousands of enterprises in the world are founded, also countless business in the collapse.What’s the factors that affecting the growth and development of the enterprise, and what’s thefactors that determining the rise and fall with the success or failure? If we can reveal theinfluencing factors of the operation termination of small and micro enterprises, undoubtedly,it is not only can providing a meaningful reference value to the business managers orentrepreneurs, but also providing meaningful lessons to the government agencies in thedevelopment of relevant support policies. This article uses the small and micro enterprises in Guangdong Province as study samples.And the study is bases on the theory of business growth theory, the theory of sustainabledevelopment, corporate life cycle theory and the enterprise bankruptcy theory. The raw data iscollected from a CPA Limited in Guangdong Province, and the study period is from2007to2012. It compares the differences in the surviving companies and bankrupt companies fromprofitability, financing capacity, operational capacity and capacity development. By logisticregression analysis, trying to illustrate what are the factors led towards the small and microenterprises in Guangdong closure and demise base on the financial perspective, andcorresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the stakeholders of small and microenterprises, making it to developing and subsisting better. The results show that theprofitability and financing capacity is still the key factor determining the survival of small andmicro enterprises. On the other hand, operating and development capacity have an importantimpact on the small and micro enterprises’operating termination.
