摘　　要： 民办高校首先发源于人民生活相对富裕、经济发达的浙江、江苏两省,随后迅速扩张到广东沿海城市，尤其以广州为先。近年来，随着民办高校的快速发展,广州市民办高校的数量和招生规模不断扩大,民办高等学校办学结构日渐合理，教育特色日益明显。民办高校不断地提升人才培养模式、科学研究水平和服务社会水平，进一步提升了我国高等教育国际竞争力。但是，广州市民办高校在教务管理的实践中还存在一些不完善、不规范的地方，教务管理制度和教务管理方法已经无法满足培养完善型学生的要求，在理论上和实践中还有许多问题需要进一步研究解决。因此，提升教务管理水平已成为广州市民办高校一种迫切的现实需要。 本文运用比较研究、调查分析、个案分析、文献分析等方法，以提升广州市民办高校教务管理水平为研究对象，对国内外教务管理及相关理论进行分析和比较，在借鉴发达国家和地区民办高校教务管理的先进经验的基础上，从广州市民办高校教务管理发展的现状、特点入手，通过对广东技术师范学院天河学院的教务管理的个案研究分析，并结合笔者已有的教务管理经验，找出当前广州市民办高校教务管理存在的主要问题及其原因，探索提升广州市民办高校教务管理水平的思路与方法,并提出相应的提升教务管理水平的建议,以期为规范广州市民办高校教务管理制度，促进民办高校的教务管理水平和发展水平更上一个新台阶,进一步提升民办高校的品牌提供一些有价值的参考。 Private colleges and universities first originated in people's life relatively rich,economically developed Zhejiang Province, Jiangsu two, followed by a rapid expansion toGuangdong coastal city, particularly in Guangzhou for the first. In recent years, with the rapiddevelopment of private colleges and universities, the number of private universities inGuangzhou and the scale of enrollment expansion, the private higher school structureincreasingly reasonable, education is increasingly obvious. Private colleges and universitiescontinue to improve personnel training mode, the level of scientific research and socialservice level, and further improve the international competitiveness of China's highereducation. However, private colleges in Guangzhou city is not perfect, not standard places inthe practice of educational management, educational management system and managementmethod has been unable to meet the perfect cultivating students requirements, there are manyproblems in need of further research to solve in theory and in practice. Therefore, to enhancethe level of educational administration management has become the private colleges inGuangzhou city is an urgent realistic need. This paper uses the comparative research, investigation, case analysis, literature analysisand other methods, to improve the level of educational administration management in privateuniversities in Guangzhou city as the research object, carries on the analysis and comparisonof domestic and foreign academic management and relevant theory, on the basis of privateuniversities in developed countries and regions, the advanced experience of teachingmanagement, starting from the present situation, the development of educational managementin private universities in Guangzhou City, through the analysis and research of case teachingmanagement of Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University, Tianhe College, and combiningthe existing educational management experience, find out problems in the current Guangzhoupublic universities educational management problems and its reasons, explore the ideas andmethods to improve the academic level of management of private universities in GuangzhouCity, and put forward the improvement of educational management the level of relevantsuggestions, in order to regulate private university educational administration managementsystem of Guangzhou City, private colleges and universities to promote the management leveland the development level of the last new step, to provide some valuable reference to furtherenhance the brand of Civilian-run Colleges and universities.
