H公司的成品库存管理的改进研究

摘  要: 随着后金融危机时期,人民币升值呈加速迹象,产业亟待转型,化工企业面临新的挑战。“未来的竞争不是企业和企业之间的竞争,而是供应链之间的竞争”,高效供应链作为企业的核心竞争能力被越来越多的管理者所重视。信息革命在过去二十年间极大地提高了化工供应链上下游的信息协同能力,金融机构也顺应时代潮流,推出创新的供应链融资产品帮助企业降低成本。随着国外化工分销巨头进入中国,第三方分销模式和外包服务理念在国内也逐渐流行。于此同时,提高库存周转率、降低供应链成本日渐成为供应链整合的重要任务。库存管理作为供应链管理的重要部分,已经成为很多制造企业制约发展的“瓶颈”。因此研究制造企业的库存管理具有非常重要的实际意义。 本文先是阐述了供应链管理的产生和发展,供应链管理的概念,实施供应链管理的重要意义,库存管理的概念、目标以及库存管理在供应链和竞争策略中的作用。接着,简述了H公司所处的行业环境,公司的组织架构、管理现状,生产计划和物料管理的运作模式,分析了公司在库存管理中存在的种种问题:周转率低、安全库存高、销售预测准确性差别等。在此基础上,运用库存ABC分类法对产品进行初步分类,利用时间序列法进行需求预测。理论与实际相结合,为改善公司库存状况及提高服务水平提供一种可行的思路和方法。最后结合ABC分类的结果,给出库存管理的相关模型,及时变更控制模型和管理策略,可以更好的管理库存,减少资金占用和提高交付能力,更好的服务客户。 本文的研究数据虽然来源于特定公司的特定产品,但库存管理的相关思路对同类企业也同样具有借鉴意义,对其他高库存的行业也有一定的参考价值。 As after the financial crisis, the appreciation of the RMB was accelerated signs,industrial transformation, chemical enterprise faces new challenges.'The future ofcompetition is not competition between enterprises and enterprises, but the competitionbetween supply chains', efficient supply chains as the enterprise core competitive ability ismore and more important for managers. Information revolution in the past two decades hasgreatly improved the chemical supply chain upstream and downstream information synergy,financial institutions also conform to the trend of The Times, innovation of supply chainfinancing products to help enterprises to reduce costs. As foreign giant chemical distributioninto China, the third party distribution and outsourcing service concept also gradually popularin China. At the same time, improve inventory turnover rate, reduce supply chain costs hasbecome an important task of supply chain integration. Inventory management, as an importantpart of supply chain management, has become the bottleneck of many manufacturingenterprises. So the inventory management of manufacturing enterprise has very importantpractical significance. This article first elaborated the emergence and development of supply chain management,supply chain management concept, the significance of implementing supply chainmanagement, inventory management concept, target, and the role of inventory management insupply chain and the competition strategy. Then, describes the industry environment of Hcompany, the company's organizational structure, management status, production planningand material management operation pattern, analyzes the company in inventory managementproblems: low turnover, high safety stock and sales forecast accuracy difference, etc. On thisbasis, using ABC classification to carry on the preliminary classification of product inventory,time series method is used for demand forecasting. Integrating theory with practice, toimprove its inventory status and improve the service level to provide a feasible ideas andmethods. Finally combining the ABC classification as a result, the related model of inventorymanagement, change control model and management strategy in time, you can better manageinventory and reduce capital takes up and improve the delivery ability, better servicecustomers. In this paper, the research data from a specific company's particular product, but therelated ideas of inventory management also has the reference significance to the similarenterprise to high inventory of other industry also to have certain reference value.
