摘　　要： 随着人力资本时代的到来，要想保持企业持续健康地长期发展下去，企业家们必须高度重视人力资源的管理，投放更多的精力在人力资源管理上，以保证内部资源的结构得到优化和提升。DM照明电器有限公司是一家私营企业，在珠江三角经济圈具有一定的代表性。 本文通过对DM照明电器有限公司的人力资源管理诊断个案反映珠三角这些微小企业，特别是对制造业，在用工荒、人力成本不断上升以及产业需要升级和转移的大环境下的人力资源管理应注意的问题。公司在2010年前有上百员工，至2012年底员工人数锐减为二十多人。经常性招不到技术工种，在制造业招到的技术工人多数为年纪较大的人员，新一代年青人已经很少进入这些工作行列。一方面企业招不到人，另一方面应届毕业生面临失业。因此对企业进行人力资源诊断显得十分必要。 本文通过运用管理学及人力资源理论，本文采取理论分析PEST分析、SWOT分析、通过与调查问卷、访谈相结合等，从定量和定性两方面对DM照明电器有限公司的人力资源管理状况进行分析与探讨。并对公司部分员工进行访谈等方法深入的调查，通过对回收的调查问卷进行统计、汇总和科学的分析诊断,找出制约DM照明电器有限公司发展的人力资源管理上的问题,并分析其原因，进而针对分析结果“对症下药”，最后在人力资源管理的战略规划、组织结构调整、工作分析及岗位设置以及绩效考核薪酬激励等方面提出改进建议和实施方案,为DM照明电器有限公司调整经营策略提供决策依据。 With the advent of the era of human capital in order to maintain the sustained and healthy development of long-term down, entrepreneurs must attach great importance to the management of human resources, and put in more effort in the management of human resources, in order to ensure that the internal resources of the structure has been optimized and improved. DM Lighting Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise, with a certain degree of representativeness in the Pearl River Delta economic circle. In this paper, Human Resource Management diagnosed cases of DM Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd. to reflect these micro-enterprises in the Pearl River Delta, especially the manufacturing sector, the labor shortage, labor costs are rising as well as human resources management in the industry needs to upgrade and transfer environment should attention to the problem. The company has hundreds of employees in2010, to the end of2012the number of employees dropped to twenty people. Recurring recruit skilled jobs in the manufacturing sector to recruit skilled workers mostly older people, a new generation of young people has been very little work into these ranks. While companies hire people, on the other graduates face unemployment. Therefore, the diagnosis of human resources of enterprises is very necessary. In this paper, the use of management science and human resources theory, this paper take the theoretical analysis of the questionnaire combining PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, bucket short board schematics, DM Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd. from both quantitative and qualitative aspects of human resources management The status of analysis and discussion. Some employees and the company conducted a survey of in-depth interviews and other methods, statistics, summary and scientific analysis and diagnosis through recycling questionnaire to identify the issues on the development of human resources management constraints DM Lighting Co., Ltd., and to analyze the reasons for 'remedy' for the analysis of the results, and then, in the human resources management, organizational restructuring, staff recruitment and reserves, job analysis and job set recommendations for improvement and implementation of programs to adjust business strategy for DM lighting Appliance Co., Ltd. to provide basis for decision making.
