摘　　要： 人类社会进入二十一世纪以来，国内外出现越来越多大型集群项目，成为社会发展的一种趋势，尤其是政府项目，与传统的建设项目相比，大型集群项目涌现许多新特征，成为越来越多学者研究的重点。传统建设项目一般属于劳动密集型项目，而大型集群项目是知识密集型项目，注重知识在项目实施过程中的创新运用，而不只是知识的简单集成。然而如何在大型集群项目的巨系统内实施有效的知识管理是项目管理人员的盲区：在大型集群项目的实践过程中产生了海量的知识，如果缺乏有效的管理，很容易形成知识断裂带，在不同子项目以及同一项目不同阶段容易形成“知识缺失”和“信息孤岛”，使其知识管理的过程异常复杂；明确的目标导向则降低了项目组成员对知识积累和转移的注意程度，减弱了各项目间的相互作用和有机联系，无法产生集群项目中1+1>2的积极创新效应。如何通过知识转移实现大型集群项目的集群效应以降低大型集群项目实施风险是实业界和学术界关注的焦点。为此，有必要深入研究大型集群项目中的知识转移模式，从而为项目管理人员提供借鉴。 为了研究以上问题，本文针对大型集群项目复杂性、庞大性、知识分散及交叉性等特点，从系统论和信息论角度，引入系统动力学来对大型集群项目中知识转移过程进行分析，并在此基础上建立了相应的系统动力学模型。最后使用Vensim软件实现了系统动力学仿真，通过进一步分析，提出来增进大型集群项目知识转移、提升项目集群效应的建议和对策，丰富大型集群项目知识管理理论。 本文研究发现：（1）LCC中知识转移量具有增长上限（知识转移阈值）的反馈结构；（2）LCC的仿真结果表明，知识转移量对于项目SP知识创新水平的变化十分敏感，项目SP知 Since the human society into the21st century, at home and abroad, more and more large-scale cluster projects, a trend of social development, especially government projects,compared with the traditional construction projects, large-scale cluster projects emergence ofmany new features to become more and more the scholars focus of the study. However, how toimplement effective knowledge management within the large clusters giant system is theblind spot of the project managers: there are produce vast amounts of knowledge in the largeclusters practice process, easy to form a 'lack of knowledge' and 'information island' indifferent sub-projects as well as the different stages of the same project, so that the process ofknowledge management is exceptionally complex; The clear goal-oriented to reduce the levelof attention of the project team members on the accumulation and transfer of knowledge, andhas reduced the interaction between each item and organic links, unable to generate thepositive innovation effect of1+1>2in the cluster projects. How large cluster projects throughknowledge transfer cluster effect is to reduce the large clusters of project implementation riskis the focus of attention of the business community and academia. To this end, it is necessaryto in-depth study of the knowledge transfer model in the large-scale cluster projects, so as toprovide a reference for project management. In order to study the above problems, in this paper, according to the characteristic ofComplexity, huge, knowledge dispersion and cross in large cluster projects, from theinformation theory point of view, apply system dynamics to research the knowledge transferprocess in large cluster projects, and on this basis to establish a system dynamics model.Finally, the
