摘 要: 随着我国经济的快速发展,IT服务业中的计算机信息系统集成行业获得了蓬勃的发展。由于信息系统集成项目的特性,其项目管理要求较高。而行业内以中小型系统集成企业居多,其实际项目管理能力往往达不到系统集成项目管理要求,项目实施效果差强人意。其中,又以项目进度管理被视为最常见的问题。 本文在现有项目管理理论的基础上,对YZ公司某信息系统集成项目进度管理过程进行了总结与研究。文章着重分析了案例项目中进度管理出现的多种问题,识别其中关键影响因素,将项目时间管理、沟通管理和变更控制管理有机结合起来,制定了系统化的进度管理解决方案,并精心组织解决方案的实施过程,加以实际应用。最终扭转了项目前期进度落后的不利局面,使该项目在原定的要求工期内完工。最后对其实施效果进行评价,并得出项目进度管理的经验与启示。 本文研究结果表明,项目进度管理问题往往由多方面的因素引起,需针对问题的影响因素提出一个完整的、系统的解决方案。而信息系统集成项目进度管理需要特别注意建立良好的沟通环境和采取有效的项目变更控制管理。对于中小型系统集成企业的项目进度管理具有一定的借鉴作用。 With China's rapid economic development, computer information systemintegration industry got rapid development. Due to the characteristics of theinformation system integration projects, the project management requirements ishiger.And most of the industry is small and medium-sized company.Their actualproject management capabilities are often less than project management requirements,the implementation of the project is far from satisfactory. The progress of the projectmanagement is considered to be the most common problems. On the basis of the existing project management theory, the YZ progress of aninformation system integration project management process are summarized andresearch. The article focuses on analysis of the case project schedule management avariety of problems, identify key factors, project time management, communicationmanagement and change control management organic combine to develop a systematicprogress management solutions and careful organization to solvethe implementationprocess of the program, to be practical application. Eventually the unfavorablesituation was reversed,and the project was completed in the original request for theperiod of pre-project behind schedule. Finally, the effect of implementation isevaluated, and the experience of the progress of the project management is made. The results of this study show that the progress of the project managementproblems are often caused by a number of factors.This need present a complete systemsolution for the influencing factors of the problem. Information system integrationproject schedule management need to pay special attention to establish goodcommunication environment and take effective project change control management.For small and medium-sized system integration project schedule management has acertain reference.
