摘　　要： 近年来广大群众对生活质量要求的提高，掀起了一股全面健身的热潮，游泳作为一项特殊的健身运动，具有其他项目不可替代的作用。由于游泳运动适宜各种年龄人群参与，且健身、健美效果极佳，防御疾病作用明显。但是游泳运动具有一定的门槛，加上场地和气候的限制，游泳运动的发展相对于其他运动一直较为缓慢。 作为政府部门来说，游泳运动具有公益性，是公共产品，此项目的开展离不开政府的全力支持，在广东省来说，虽然经济发展走在国家各省市前列，但是在游泳这一项目的发展上已经逐渐失去了优势。本文通过对大众开展游泳项目的影响因素分析，来对政府提高大众游泳开展情况提出合理化建议，从而达到从根本改善大众游泳开展缓慢的问题，为广东省今后的大众游泳发展提供一定的参考。本文的影响因素重点放在政府层面上如何推进大众游泳的发展，如何通过政策的改变和完善，从而促使社会和个人更热爱大众游泳这项运动。本文通过参考具有代表意义的文献资料来确定初选指标，然后进行专家调查结果及专家的建议来确定最终的广东省城市居民大众游泳参与影响因素。 游泳是奥运会比赛中金牌数量最多的竞技比赛大项之一，为了使中国能够尽快的成为游泳强国，游泳项目的普及与大众游泳水平的提高是当下最重要的。因此，研究我国大众游泳活动现状及其影响因素，无论是对我国全民健身计划的进步落实，还是对我国奥运争光计划的实施，都具有一定的战略意义。 In recent years the quality of life of the masses of the increasing demand, giving rise toan overall fitness craze, swimming is an important sport, has an irreplaceable role in otherprojects. But swimmingwith a certain threshold, with venues and climatic constraints, swimming development hasbeen relatively slow. As a government department, swimming with the public welfare, public goods, theproject is carried out in full support of the government, but in the Guangdong province,although the economic development of walking in the forefront of national provinces, butthis swim development of the project has been gradually lost its edge. Based on the public tocarry out analysis of influencing factors swimming, to swim against the government toincrease public development situation rationalization proposals, so as to achieve afundamental improvement in the public swimming slow to carry out problems for futurepublic swimming Guangdong Development to provide a reference.This article focuses on theimpact of factors on how to advance the government level public swimming development,how the policy change and improvement thus contributing to the social and public swimmingpersonally love the sport. Swimming is the largest number of Olympic Games gold medal in the athleticscompetition of large items, as soon as possible in order to make China become a swimmingpower, the popularity of swimming and raising the level of public swimming today is the mostimportant. Therefore, the study of public swimming activity and its influences, both for theadvancement of the implementation of the National Fitness Program, or the implementationof the plan on China's Olympic glory, have some strategic significance.
