含分布式电源的变电站优化规划

摘  要: 随着能源与环境问题的加剧,可再生能源的开发与利用已经上升到国家能源发展战略高度,而分布式电源的开发与利用是对其最有效的支撑。传统配电网络优化规划理论已近成熟,对于含分布式电源的新型电力交换系统的研究尚处于起步阶段,且主要局限在分布式电源的布点规划和考虑分布式电源的配电网扩展规划等方面,其实质都是对分布式电源的选址和定容。 本文站在一个全新的角度,在满足一定负荷需求的前提下,以规划区已有分布式电源的类型、容量和位置及变电站的带负荷能力为约束条件,计及配变、馈线等建设费用及包含供电损耗等的运行费用,同时考虑用地性质等地理信息因素对建站费用和位置的影响,建立了一种考虑分布式电源和地理信息因素影响的变电站综合优化规划模型,并通过区间层次分析法求出不同类型地块地理信息因素对建站费用的影响因子。最后通过量子粒子群优化算法对所建规划模型进行寻优,量子粒子群优化算法凭借其并行搜索、变异操作及惯性因子的动态调整策略,大大提高了算法的全局寻优能力和搜索效率。通过对某规划新区的实证研究,验证了所提模型和算法的科学性和有效性。 With the worsen situation of energy and environment, the development and utilize of renewable energy sources has been proposed to the height of country energy development strategy, and distribution generation /(DG/) is the most effective support. Traditional distribution network optimal planning theory has trend to be ripe, while study of late-model power exchange system including DG is just on full function connection. Moreover, existing study is confined to planning of DG stationing and distribution network expand, ultimately, location and constant volume of DG. This paper established a transformer substation comprehensive optimal planning model considering DG and different block geographic information factors /(GIF/), set form, volume, location of existing DG in planning area and transformer substation load-bearing capacity as constraint condition, taking construction cost of distribution transform substation and feeder and operation cost including current supply loss into account, in the meantime, regarding the influence of GIF such as land properties and so on to location and cost of construction in a new view with load demand satisfied. Furthermore, influence factors of different block information factor to construction cost were work out by means of interval analytical hierarchy process. In the end, searching the optimal result of planning model using quantum particle swarm optimization /(QPSO/) algorithm, which has calculate advantages namely parallel search, mutation operation and momentum factor dynamic adjustment strategy, global optimization ability and search efficiency are greatly enhanced. By empirical study of certain planning area, the proposed model and algorithm are proved to be scientific and effective.
