摘　　要： 良好的工作作风体现了共产党人的党性修养和政治本色,体现了领导干部的政治素养和工作态度。各级政府长期以来,始终把工作作风建设摆在比较突出的位置,坚持常抓不懈,专家学者和机关党员领导也围绕领导干部工作作风建设的问题进行了研究。十八大以来,中央及地方各级政府面对复杂多变的国际局势和艰巨繁重的国内改革发展任务,站在战略全局高度,充分认识新形势下领导干部转变工作作风的极端重要性；认识到不断推进领导干部工作作风转变的重要意义；率先垂范、以身作则,充分发挥领导干部在转变工作作风的引领和带动作用。本文通过对领导干部的工作作风进行深层次的研究,遵循十八大工作报告对转变工作作风的总要求,结合国内党员领导干部存在的各种工作作风的实际情况以及作者自身在基层的工作实际,对近年来领导干部工作作风建设的实践进行了总结、提炼和概括。着重从工作作风的具体特点,新形势下转变工作作风的新要求,对转变领导干部工作作风的内容、方法和途径等进行了探索,对工作作风的基本概念、内容和转变工作作风的途径和方法作了初步的研究,努力使工作作风建设研究更加趋于系统性、长效性和规范化。本文在研究过程中,以实用性研究为主,借鉴了一些国内各地区在工作作风建设方面成功做法,作者本人还对转变工作作风实践中了解到的一些实情进行了描述,既有理论上的阐述,也有实践工作的案例。希望本文能为转变工作作风、建立工作作风长效机制方面提供一些帮助。 The good style of work embodies the spirit and political qualities of Communists party, and reflects the political literacy and working attitude of leaders and cadres. For a long time, government always put the work style construction in the most prominent place, experts and office workers have done a lot of research about construction of leaders and cadres work style. Since the18th CPC National Congress, face to complex and volatile international situation and arduous domestic reform task, the central and local governments have a strong understanding of work style transformation in new situation, play a very important role in work style change. This article carried on a further research on leaders and cadres work style. With actual woke style situation and author's work experience, following the general requirements of work style transformation, summarized the practice of work style construction, explored the contents, methods and ways of work style transformation and preliminary studied the basic concept and content of work style and methods of work style transformation mainly from characteristics of work style and new requirements of work style transformation under new situation. This article tried to make work style research to be more systematic, scientific and standardized. This article, based on practical research and drew on the experience of methods of work style construction, described some real situation of work style practice transformation. This article contains theoretical exposition and the practice cases. I hope this article can provide some help to work style transformation and construction.
