当代大学生就业性别差异研究

摘  要: 自从大学扩招以来,我国的高等教育已跨入了大众化时代,大学毕业生的就业问题成为一个受到社会、高校普遍关注的热点问题。由于性别差异及传统性别角色的影响,女大学生的就业形势更加严峻。 国内外相关的研究分别从不同视角解释了性别差异或“女大学生就业难”现象。然而,如何将发达国家的理论研究成果运用于中国实际,解决中国的实际问题,这是摆在我们面前的一个大难题。国内的研究多是对大学毕业生就业问题进行定性分析,定量分析的研究较少,即使进行了定量分析,但仅仅停留在对数据的解释层面上,深入分析的研究很少。此外,定性分析和定量分析相结合的研究不多,很多研究都是从宏观层面出发,从微观视角进行分析得较少。 为了进一步拓展就业问题的研究视阈,从方法和分析框架上突破以往诸多研究的理路,而更关注社会及就业环境中结果性的不平等机制;同时,为了让学校与社会更真实地了解大学毕业生的生存状况以及他/(她/)们的发展困境和影响因素,为相关决策部门提供相对真实的报告,促进国家和教育管理部门制定相关政策,有针对性地开展工作,以遏制社会与高等教育中不利于女性发展的环境、歧视或忽视女性的政策以及不平等、不公正对待女性的行为,本研究以大学生就业状况为研究对象,从他们的个人特征、就业观念、求职过程、就业结果等4个维度,综合对大学生就业状况进行较全面的动态考察,并从经济学和社会性别学的角度探析了大学生就业性别差异的成因,提出减少就业性别歧视的对策。 大学生就业性别差异研究是一个既有理论价值又有现实意义的课题,促进大学生就业公平,需要政府、社会、高校和师生共同努力。本文期望通过对大学生就业性别差异的研究,引起政府、社会、高校等各方面对此问题的关注与思考,为促进大学生就业公平、构建人力资源强国创造更有利的条件。 The higher education in our country has been mass education since the universities expanded the scale of recruitment. The employment problem of college students has become a hot topic widely concerned by both society and universities. Female college students employment situation has become more serious because of gender difference and the influence of traditional gender character. The domestic and foreign relevant researches respectively explain gender difference or pessimistic female college students employment situation from different perspectives. However, how to apply these theories to analyze Chinese reality and to solve our problem is a big challenge facing us. The domestic researches about problems of university graduates employment focus on qualitative analysis, but lack quantative analysis. Although we have done some quantative analysis, which just stay on the level of the data interpretation, we are still short of deep analysis. Besides, there are not any researches about the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research. Most researches start from the macro level, but rarely from the micro level. In order to expand the research scopes of employment problems and make some breakthroughs in many previous studies from methods and analytical framework, we'll pay more attention to the unequal mechanism of results in society and employment. Moreover, to truly understand the survival conditions of this group and their development dilemma and influence factors for schools and society and to provide relatively real reports for relevant decision-making departments, promote national and educational management departments to formulate relevant policies and pertinently carry out the work to curb the environment which is harmful to female development, discrimination or policies ignoring females, inequality and injustice in treating female behaviors, the study will choose university graduates employment situation as research object, then carry on a dynamical and comprehensive study on university graduates employment from such four aspects as individual characteristics, employment concepts, job-hunting process and employment results. Also, we'll analyze the reasons for university graduates employment gender difference from economic and social gender perspectives. Finally, some suggestions to solve the problem of employment gender discrimination have been put forward. The study on university graduates employment gender difference is a subject with both theoretical value and practical significance. Promoting fair university graduates employment needs co-efforts from the government, society, universities, scholars and students. It is hoped that by conducting the study on university graduates employment gender difference, we could make the government, society and universities and other relevant aspects care and think more about the problem and provide beneficial conditions for fair university graduates employment situation and constructing strong human resource country.
