胶东大尹格庄金矿缓倾斜破碎矿床开采技术研究

摘  要: 近年来,黄金价格飞速上涨,黄金价格更是不断刷新历史记录,黄金企业为抓住这难得的机遇,不断降低入选品位,同时对矿体的回收率提出了更高的要求,大尹格庄金矿为了增加井下的出矿量,同时为合理充分的回采井下有限的黄金资源,欲对原来的采矿方法进行改进,提高经济效益。 大尹格庄金矿1号矿体上盘比较破碎,矿体的顶板允许暴露面积小,矿体倾角较缓,平均倾角只有30°左右,地表不允许塌陷,只能用充填法开采,中段高度大,矿体边界和形状变化大,矿体厚度中等,厚大部位的平均水平厚度为20m,金属品位低,平均品位在3g//t左右。 大尹格庄金矿目前由于厚度、品位、矿岩的破碎性等均处于难采境地,过去采用上向水平分层充填法采矿,在回采过程中,由于顶板过于破碎,采场常常由于塌方丢掉大部分矿石,损失较大,损失率达到50/%以上,而且作业时危险性较大,常常有塌方现象发生,给作业人员带来很大安全隐患,大尹格庄金矿目前的生产工艺产量较低,作业单价较高。矿体的形态由于采矿深度的变化而变化,矿体的厚度变薄,倾角变小,岩石更加破碎,地压增大,各项成本及费用采矿、支护、通风、运输、提升等增大。因此选择一种经济、高效、安全的开采方法,是本次论文的主要内容。 本文根据大尹格庄金矿的现状,综合考虑矿体的赋存条件、凿岩,出矿设备、工人作业安全性、生产效率,经济效益等多方面因素,提出了三种可行性方案,并对这三种采矿方案做出了综合分析,选出最佳方案——多分段连续崩落嗣后充填采矿法。 In recent years, gold prices rising gold prices, but also continuously breaking record, thegold enterprises constantly reduce milling grade of ore body, at the same time have a higherdemand about the recovery of orebody under this opportunity. Dayin’gezhuang gold wants toimprove the mining method in order to increase the amount of mine and to improve theefficiency of the economy, at the same time for mining reasonable gold resources. Dayin’gezhuang gold has a broken plate, and small area allowed exposure of the ore bodyroof. The ore body are slower, average inclination angle about30°,The surface does not allowcollapse around, so Dayin’gezhuang gold must use filling method mining. The height of themiddle, the change of orebody boundary and shape are big, the average level of the thickness ofthe thick orebody is20m, metal grade is lower, and the average grade is3g//t or so. Because of the thickness, grade and the broke genesis, at present Dayin’gezhuang gold arein difficult situation. In the past, Dayin’gezhuang gold use to the layered filling mining method.In mining process, because the broken stope roof, a lots of ore are lossed. Loss rate of oreachieve50/%above. Because there are often landslides happened, workers under the big risk,these bring a lot of work personnel security problems. The mine mining method of the currenthas a low production capacity, high cost of mining relatively. With the increase of mining depth,the changes of ore body shape is more complex, ore body is more broken, orebody dip anglechange to slow, supporting cost and mining, transportation, ascension, ventilated are increasing.Mining cost increased corresponding. So choose a kind of mining method which is economy,efficiency and safety is the main issue of this paper. According to the present situation of the Dayin’gezhuang gold, comprehensive variousfactors about consideration of the ore body bearing conditions, the equipments, worker’s safety,production efficiency, economic benefit and so on, this paper puts forward three feasibilityschemes, and makes analysis comprehensive the three mining schemes, select the best one that isscheme-staged segmentation extrusion caved ore mining method with filling continuous.
