摘　　要： 现代电子商务产生于上个世纪80年代末、90年代初，经过了近几十年的发展，取得了非常大的进步。现代电子商务主要指电子商务概念中的广义电子商务，即不单纯是将经济活动进行信息化，还包括电子支付、电子政府等很多其他方面的外延。作为一种新兴的商业模式，电子商务是传统商业活动发生劳动异化后的一种表现，并逐渐发展成了一种独立、新型的商业产业，同时，电子商务产业与商品流通行业有着不可分割的联系，商品流通的变革催生了电子商务，电子商务又促进了商品流通领域的发展。与传统商业模式相比较，电子商务和传统商业模式既存在着共同点，又存在着诸多的差异和优势。电子商务与传统商业模式一样，都遵循着传统的市场规律和价值规律，但是电子商务的针对主体更加广泛、成本方面更加节约、应用范围更加广泛、效率更高，这既是电子商务与传统商业模式的差异，同时也是它的优势。然而，我国现代电子商务的发展仍然存在着很多的缺陷，虽然我国的电子商务已发展出了电子支付、电子政务、C2C等多种外延业务，但行业标准不明确，相关法律、法规不健全，专业人才及技术人员相对缺乏，行业的安全保障不足等问题一直存在着，本文针对这些问题展开研究，并提出了相关的政策建议。 E-business produced in the lately of80s and beginner of90s, after nearly a few years ofdevelopment,it made great progress. Modern electronic commerce refers to the electroniccommerce concept of generalized electronic business. Modern electronic commerce is not asimple economic activities information, including electronic payment electronic government andmany other aspects of the extension. As a new business mode, e-business is the traditionalbusiness activities happened after labor alienation is a kind of performance, and graduallydeveloped into an independent new commercial industry, at the same time, e-commerce industryand commodity circulation industry has inseparable relation, commodity circulation change ledto the electronic commerce, ele-ctronic commerce and promoted the development ofcommodity circulation field. And the traditional business models were compared, and theelectronic commerce and the traditional business model there are both in common, and there aremany differences and advantages. The electronic commerce and the traditional business model,following the traditional market law and law of value, but the electronic commerce in subjectmore widely cost more to save application more widely more efficient, this is the electroniccommerce and the tradit-ional business model, and at the same time, the difference of theadvantage of it. However, our country's modern electronic commerce development still has a lotof defects, although our country electronic commerce has developed electronic payment C2Celectronic government affairs and so on many kinds of epitaxial business, but the industrystandard is not clear, relevant laws and regulations is not sound, professional and technicalpersonnel, the relative lack of industry security problems have existed in the light of theseproblems, this paper research on, and puts forward the relevant policy recommendations.
