摘　　要： 20多年来,广东省凭借自己地处沿海地区、毗邻港澳的得天独厚的地理优势,加之丰富的土地和廉价的劳动力等比较优势,成功承接了港澳台劳动密集型产业的转移,使广东省制造业发展取得了举世瞩目的成就,极大地促进了广东经济增长和就业。然而,面对国际金融危机的严重冲击和广东经济社会成长阶段的转换,广东经济环境发生了重大变化,制造业的发展正面临着一系列新的挑战。因此,广东的制造业转型升级问题已成为目前迫切需要研究的一个课题。 本文以广东省的生产性服务业与制造业为研究样本,先理论上分析生产性服务业与制造业的协同集聚对制造业升级的作用机理,再运用广东省的截面数据实证证明生产性服务业对制造业的直接推动作用,接着具体描述广东省制造业和生产性服务业的发展情况,最后在分析广东制造业现状与问题后,从生产性服务业和制造业的协同集聚角度来为推动广东制造业的转型升级提出政策建议。 全文主体分五部分：第一部分介绍理论基础和文献综述,对制造业转型升级、制造业与生产性服务业协同集聚相关理论进行梳理和总结以做理论铺垫。第二部分主要内容是生产性服务业和制造业协同集聚促进制造业升级的机理分析及实证模型介绍。我们从五个方面来论述生产性服务业和制造业协同集聚促进制造业转型升级的途径。第三部分主要是基于协同集聚机理的广东省制造业转型升级研究,具体分析广东目前制造业和生产性服务业的状况,并总结出广东制造业转型升级存在的现实战略需求及目标。第四部分主要内容是运用实证研究工具分析具体的各个生产性服务业的部门对广东制造业发展促进起了多少的正向或者反向作用,并总结出对广东制造业转型升级中哪些生产性服务业行业是至关重要的。实证结果表明,广东省大部分的生产性服务对制造业存在显著的正向作用,但是小部分生产性服务业作用不明显。第五部分是在总结前面四个章节理论上、数据上、实证上的分析的基础上,最终提出广东省制造业转型升级的政策建议。 创新点：文章创新性地运用产业集聚的相关理论和研究方法对广东省生产性服务业的集聚情况进行描述。文章尝试性地在理论上探讨生产性服务业和制造业协同集聚促进制造业转型升级的内在机理。文章尝试性地运用广东的生产性服务业和制造业数据进行实证,并证明生产性服务业对制造业具有正向的促进作用。 For more than two decades,with is located in the coastal areas of guangdong province, adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao's unique geographical advantages, coupled with rich land and comparative advantage such as cheap labor force, to undertake the transfer of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan labor-intensive industries, success make guangdong manufacturing industry development has made remarkable achievements, greatly promoted the economic growth and employment in guangdong. However, in the face of international financial crisis and guangdong's economic and social growth stage of transformation, significant changes have taken place in guangdong economic environment, the development of manufacturing industry is facing a series of new challenges. Based on producer services and manufacturing industry in guangdong province as the research sample, first on the synergy theory analysis of producer services and manufacturing industries for manufacturing upgrade mechanism, using the cross-section data of guangdong province demonstration that producer services of manufacturing driven directly, then the specific description of manufacturing industry in guangdong province and the development of producer services, finally after analyzing guangdong manufacturing industry present situation and problems, from the perspective of the synergy of producer services and manufacturing industries to in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in guangdong province put forward policy Suggestions. Full text main five parts:the first part introduces theoretical basis and literature review, the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing, manufacturing associated with productive service industry cluster theory to comb, and summarizes the theoretical groundwork to do.The third part is mainly based on collaborative agglomeration mechanism of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in guangdong province, specific analysis the condition of current manufacturing and producer services in guangdong, and sums up the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in guangdong is the reality of the strategic needs and goals. Fourth part of the main content is to use empirical research tools to analyze specific department of the producer services in guangdong manufacturing industry promote the development of the forward or reverse function of how many, and sums up the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry of guangdong which of producer services industry is of vital importance. The empirical results show that most of the producer services in guangdong province there is significant positive effect on manufacturing, but a small percentage of the role of producer services is not obvious. The fifth part is four chapters in theory, in front of the summary data, an empirical analysis on the basis of, finally to put forward the policy recommendations of industry transformation and upgrading of guangdong province. innovation points:the innovative use of relevant theory and research method to describe the productive service industry cluster in guangdong province. The article tentatively in theory to explore collaborative manufacturing services and manufacturing industries to promote the inner mechanism of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry. Article tentatively of guangdong's productive service and manufacturing data empirically, and prove productive service industry to manufacturing industry has a positive role in promoting.
