摘 要: 随着我国城市工业化阶段性发展的特性,城市中工业区与居住区、商业区等区块交错,工业区带来的大气污染物质对周边的环境不可避免地产生着不良影响,给人们的生活、工作造成了一定的困扰。如何即时地了解自身周边企业排放的大气污染物质对环境的影响,是人们面对的现实问题。 在上述背景下,本文在真实、可靠、丰富的企业污染源监测数据基础上,致力于通过Web地理信息系统/(WebGIS/)选取恰当的空气扩散模型,建立企业大气污染物查询与分析系统。WebGIS融网络、计算机图形和地理信息数据库于一体,储存和处理空间信息,能把地理位置和相关属性有机结合起来,满足不同部门、不同用户对空间信息的要求。用户可以借助其空间分析能力和可视化表达,用于各种辅助决策。 本文主要从以下两个方面对系统进行了研究、设计和开发: 1、针对工业企业污染源的特性,选取和优化合适的空气扩散模型,确定大气稳定度和选取扩散参数,对企业大气污染物扩散模式进行了讨论; 2、将WebGIS等相关技术应用到系统设计中,实现了一个企业大气污染物查询与分析的原型系统。系统能查询与分析工业企业排放的污染物质对周边环境产生的影响以及污染物质在大气中扩散的情况,实现了扩散模型的可视化表达和多用户浏览。 本课题根据企业污染源特点,建立了比较合理的企业大气污染物查询分析系统,同时对WebGIS技术运用于城市环境影响的应用进行了初步探索与尝试,为用户提供了实时浏览、查询和在线分析工具,提供了一个方便的了解四周生活环境质量的平台。 With the phased development of China's urban industrialization, the urban industrialareas stagger with residential, commercial blocks. Industrial zone atmospheric pollutantsinevitably produce adverse effects to people's lives and work caused some distress on thesurrounding environment. How to instantly understand the impacts on the environment dueto the emissions of the atmospheric pollutants of factories around, people are faced withthe realistic problem. In the above context, based on true, reliable, and extensive corporate pollutionmonitoring data, this thesis has dedicated to the selection of the appropriate air dispersionmodel through the Web Geographic Information System /(WebGIS/), and the establishmentof the Enterprise Atmospheric Pollutants Query and Analysis System. WebGIS integratesnetwork, computer graphics and geographic information database in one, stores andhandles the spatial information, combines geographic location and relevant attributes, tomeet the needs of the different departments and the different users to spatial information.Users can make use of its ability to the spatial analysis and visualization to make a varietyof decision. The thesis has made the research, design and development to the system mainly fromthe following two aspects: /(1/) For the characteristics of the industrial enterprise pollution sources, discuss on theselection and optimization of the appropriate air dispersion model, the determination of theatmospheric stability degree and the selection of diffusion parameters. The enterprise airpollution dispersion models were also discussed; /(2/) Apply WebGIS and other relevant techniques to the system design, complete andrealize a prototype system on enterprise atmospheric pollutants query and analysis basedon WebGIS. The system can query and analyse industrial enterprises discharge pollutantsimpact on the surrounding environment and the diffusion of pollutants in the atmosphere,and achieve a diffusion model visualization and multi-user browsing.
