SD集团企业文化建设方案设计

摘  要: 企业文化是企业的灵魂,是构建企业核心竞争力的重要因素,在企业生产经营过程中具有无法替代的作用。抓住市场机遇的企业可能会在行业中占有优势,但要想使企业长盛不衰就必须建立成熟、稳定、适合企业发展的企业文化。企业文化的优劣是企业能否在激励的市场竞争中取胜的关键因素之一。在如今高动态的社会背景下,企业要想寻求更大的发展就必须寻找内因,战略性的实施健康的企业文化,让企业不断的适应外部环境的变化,从而满足企业长远发展的需要。 SD集团作为一家有着十余年发展历史的民营能源型企业,已实现了从电力行业向煤化产业的成功转型,要想推动转型后的SD集团实现新的飞跃就必须立足实际,设计与构建具有SD集团特色的企业文化,用新的思想理念和行为来改变与企业发展不相适应的因素,进而增强企业的适应性,促进企业的可持续发展。 本文运用调查问卷、现场访谈等多种研究方法系统分析了SD集团企业文化建设现状,找出了该集团企业文化建设中存在的问题,探讨与分析了造成这些问题的原因,并在继承好的文化传统的基础上针对现有问题从精神文化、制度文化、行为文化、物质文化四个层次提出企业文化建设方案及推广实施的步骤和保障措施,从而构建具有SD集团特色的、适合其发展的企业文化体系。 本文通过对SD集团这样一家典型的民营能源型企业的研究,结合时代特点与企业文化建设的相关理论,设计了适合SD集团发展的企业文化建设方案和实施规划,对于提高SD集团的管理水平,增强企业的凝聚力和向心力,促使SD集团的健康、稳步发展有着重要的意义,同时希望可以为同类型的民营能源型企业的企业文化建设提供参考和借鉴作用。 Enterprise culture is the soul of corporate, it can not be replaced with a central role in the business process, it is the important factor to build core competence. To seize the market opportunities of the enterprise and the advantage in the industry, enterprise must establish a mature, stable business development for the enterprise culture. Enterprise culture is one of the key factors that enterprises can win in the fierce market competition. In the social background of high dynamic, Enterprises want to seek greater development must seek internal reasons, to strategic implement the health enterprise culture, make enterprises continuously adapt to changes in the external environment, so as to meet the needs of the long-term development of the enterprise. SD group as a private energy companies more than ten years of development history, has achieved from the power industry to the coal industry restructuring, for promote the transformation of the SD group to achieve a new leap forward must be based on the actual design and construction, design and construct the enterprise culture which has characteristics of SD group, and use new thoughts, ideas and behaviors to change the part which does not adapt with the development of SD group to enhance the adaptability of enterprises, and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. In this paper, questionnaires, interviews and other research methods of system had been used for analysis the status of SD group enterprise culture construction, identify the problem exist in the construction of the corporate culture, and explore the causes of these problems, for the existing problems from the spiritual culture, institutional culture, behavior culture, material culture four aspects proposed the construction of enterprise culture on the basis of inheriting good tradition, figure out the implementation of the steps and the safeguard measures, in order to build the enterprise culture for SD group which has its characteristic, and adapt the development of the corporate. Based on the research of SD group, a typical private energy companies, combined with the theory and the characteristics of the times,the construction of enterprise culture designed for the corporate culture construction scheme of SD group development and implementation of planning, to improve the management level of the SD group, and strengthen the enterprise cohesion and centripetal force, all these is significan for SD group's healthy and steady development, at last to provide reference for enterprises culture construction of the same type.
