摘　　要： 模具行业在我国制造业的快速发展中始终占据着举足轻重的地位,随着我国经济的不断腾飞,模具行业发挥着越来越重要的作用,这其中轮胎模具行业的发展形势非常乐观,前景一片光明。与此同时,大家对轮胎模具的报价也越来越重视。但是目前还没有一套专业的、系统的针对轮胎模具报价的标准和方法,使得现在不同模具企业对同一种轮胎模具报出的价格可能千差万别,有些报出的价格很不合理。这对我国整个轮胎模具行业的发展都会造成很多不利的影响。 本论文是在调研分析轮胎模具报价的现状和特点的基础上,提出了基于案例推理/(CBR/)的思想对轮胎模具进行报价。本论文中具体研究了这种方法,并设计和开发了相对应的基于案例推理/(CBR/)的轮胎模具报价系统。以下是本论文的主要思路及主要研究内容： /(1/)分析轮胎模具报价的特点和难点,分析轮胎模具报价存在的主要问题。分析轮胎模具的成本构成及其影响因素,结合模具企业的历史经验数据,进行轮胎模具的特征分析,分析并提取影响轮胎模具报价时的主要特征。 /(2/)分析提取出来的几个主要特征,进行轮胎模具报价的案例表示并建立轮胎模具报价案例库。 /(3/)利用层次分析法/(AHP/)确定特征因素的权重,计算模具的相似度,进行轮胎模具报价案例的检索。再通过设定两个变量/(相似度的阈值a和报价的相对准确率b/)来处理多套相似的案例的情况,筛选出匹配度较好的案例。然后根据案例的检索结果,计算模具的推荐价格。 /(4/)设计并开发轮胎模具报价系统。该系统可以实现根据用户输入的轮胎模具的基本信息,报出比较准确的轮胎模具的推荐价格,并且可以实现对轮胎模具报价案例库的存储、维护和管理。最后,随机选取模具企业的真实数据进行实例的运行,测试系统报价的效果。 最后,通过实例运行的结果,验证了本论文提出的基于CBR技术的方法可以提供用户对轮胎模具报价的支持和指导用户报价,具有较强的实用价值和现实意义。 Nowadays the tire mold industries have been developed rapidly in China, especially in manufacturing industry. With the development of economy, the tire mold industries have an increasingly important role. The prospect of the tire mold industries is bright and its future is very bright. At the same time, people take more and more attention to the tire mold quotation. But there is not a standard set of professional system for tire mold quotation, which will make different mold enterprises of the same kind of the tire mold quoted prices may differ in thousands ways, some of the quoted price is not reasonable. This will lead to the development of the whole tire mold industry of our country a lot of adverse effects. The thesis puts forward the thought of case-based reasoning /(CBR/) for the tire mold quotation, which through the extremely research and analysis on the status quo and characteristics of the tire mold quotation. And the paper focus on the method of CBR. then design and develop the system of the tire mold quotation. The contents are as following: /(1/) To research and analysis the characteristics of the tire mold and its quotation, also including the main problems. To analysis the cost and factors about the tire mold quotation. Combining with the real mold enterprise history data, the paper carries on the characteristic analysis of the tire mold, to analysis and extract the main characteristics of the tire mold for the quotation determining factors. /(2/) To analysis these main characteristics, for the tire mold quotation case signify and establish the tire mold quotation database. /(3/) To measure the factors by the method of analytic hierarchy process /(AHP/). Through establish of the calculation model to make out the similarity values and case retrieval. By two variable to do with multiple sets of cases and find the better case. Then calculate the reasonable price of the mold by recommended case retrieval. /(4/) To design and develop the quotation system for the tire mold. Through the system, users can make out the accurate price and realize the management and maintenance of the tire mold quotation. The system can achieve the effect of quotation needed by real data. Finally, as a result of the instance running, this thesis verified the method can provide user supporting for the tire mold quotation and guide the user for quotation, it has strong practical value and realistic significance.
