摘 要: 干部教育是中国共产党事关全局的战略性和基础性工作。中国共产党历来重视自己的干部队伍建设,从诞生之日起就把干部教育作为一项重大的战略任务并付诸实施。新民主主义革命时期,中国共产党始终坚持以马克思主义为指导,根据肩负的历史任务和制定的政治路线的变化,把干部教育工作作为贯彻落实党的政治路线的先导性措施,并不断地推动其向深入发展。 这一时期,中国共产党紧紧围绕革命的中心任务,将思想教育、理论教育、政治教育与业务文化教育等有机地结合起来,科学地制定了干部教育的内容,通过在职干部教育、学校干部教育、干部训练班教育等途径,培养教育了千百万能够适应新形势、满足新要求、完成新任务的德才兼备的优秀干部,有力地推动了党的事业的不断发展,最终赢得了中国新民主主义革命的胜利。 本文全面系统地研究新民主主义革命时期中国共产党干部教育的科学理论、历史演变、主要内容、基本途径、历史贡献、历史经验和现实启示等问题,对丰富和充实党的干部教育研究具有重要的理论价值,同时为当前干部教育培训改革和创新提供了有益的参考和借鉴。 本论文主要包括8章内容: 第1章为绪论,主要阐述了论文的选题依据、研究意义、文献综述、研究基础、研究对象、研究方法、框架结构和创新观点等问题。 第2章探究了中国共产党干部教育的科学理论。该章提出马克思恩格斯的建党学说,列宁、斯大林和毛泽东的干部教育思想,为新民主主义革命时期中国共产党卓有成效地开展干部教育工作提供了最直接的理论指导。 第3章阐述了中国共产党干部教育的基本历程。该章把新民主主义革命时期党的干部教育历程分为四个阶段,划分的依据有两方面:一是面临的革命形势和任务;二是干部教育的发展程度。据此,论文把新民主主义革命时期党的干部教育分为四个时期:中国共产党建党初期和大革命时期是干部教育的初创时期;土地革命战争时期是干部教育的形成时期;抗日战争时期是干部教育的成熟时期;解放战争时期是干部教育的发展时期。 第4章归纳了中共产党干部教育的主要内容。该章提出新民主主义革命时期党的干部教育的主要内容包括思想教育、政治教育、理论教育、业务和文化教育。党对干部的上述教育,提高了干部的思想认识、坚定了干部的政治立场、提升了干部的理论素养、夯实了干部的专业基础,从而为党造就了一大批优秀的人才。 第5章分析了中国共产党干部教育的基本途径。该章认为新民主主义革命时期党的干部教育的主要途径,分为在职干部教育、学校干部教育和干部训练班教育。尽管在不同时期,它们在干部教育中所起的作用不尽相同,但正是它们之间的有机结合,从而构筑了中国共产党干部教育的完整体系。 第6章概括了中国共产党干部教育的历史贡献。该章认为这一时期党的干部教育为新民主主义革命的胜利奠定了坚实基础,为马克思主义大众化中国化提供了重要途径,为新中国的建设创造了重要条件。 第7章总结了中国共产党干部教育的历史经验。该章对新民主主义革命时期党积累的干部教育的经验进行系统梳理和总结,积累的主要经验包括:思想政治教育是干部教育的首要任务;教育与实际相结合是干部教育的根本原则;原则性和灵活性相结合是干部教育的基本方法;现实性和前瞻性相结合是干部教育的基本特征;服从于党的工作大局是干部教育的根本要求;良好的师资是干部教育的重要条件。 第8章揭示了中国共产党干部教育的现实启示。该章在总结新民主主义革命时期党的干部教育经验的基础上揭示了其现实启示,主要包括:必须把干部教育放在党和国家的战略地位来谋划;干部教育必须坚持把思想政治教育放在第一位;干部教育必须紧紧围绕党和国家中心任务来开展;干部教育必须强调现实性和前瞻性的结合;干部教育必须把建立马克思主义学习型政党作为重要目标;干部教育必须走改革创新之路。 最后是结语,对新民主主义革命时期中国共产党的干部教育作了总体概括和评价。 The cadre education is strategic and fundamental nature of the Communist Party of China concerning the overall situation. This paper systematically studies the cadre education of the Communist Party of China during the period of the New Democratic Revolution theory, historical evolution, main contents, basic way, historical contribution, historical experience and practical enlightenment, has the important theory value to enrich and enrich the party's cadre education research. At the same time as the reform and innovation of the education and training of cadres and provide a useful reference. The third chapter introduces the basic course of the Chinese Communist Party cadres education. This chapter divides the process of the party's cadre education during the New Democratic Revolution period into four stages,which based on two aspects: One is the revolutionary situation and tasks facing; The two is the development of degree education of cadres. The chapter systematic combing and summaring the experience accumulated of the cadre education during the New Democratic Revolution period, which includs that the ideological and political education is the primary task of the education of cadres; the combination of education and practice is the fundamental principle of cadre education; combination of principle and flexibility is a basic characteristic of cadre education; combination of reality and forward‐looking is a fundamental requirement of cadre education; subjecting to the overall work of the party is the basic goal of cadre education; good teaching is an important condition for the education of cadres. The eighth chapter reveals the reality enlightenment of Chinese Communist Party cadres education. This chapter reveals its enlightenment on the basis of the New Democratic Revolution period, the party's cadre education experience, Mainly includes: the cadre education must be placed on the strategic position of the party and the state to plan; cadre education must adhere to the ideological and political education in the first place; cadre education must closely around the party and the National Center for task to carry out; combined with the cadre education must emphasize realistic and forward‐looking; cadre education must establish the Marx doctrine study parties made an important goal; cadre education must take the road of reform and innovation. The last part is the conclusion, the summary and evaluation of the cadre education of the Chinese Communist Party in the New Democratic Revolution period.
