低频谐振波对N/_2泡沫复合驱油效果影响规律实验研究

摘  要: 氮气泡沫调驱技术综合了气驱与泡沫驱的双$优势,不但其有很强的调剖能力,同时还具存很强的驱油能力。振动采油是近几十年来在w内外发展较快的一项釆油新技术,在现场取得了不错的效果。本文通过低频谐振波辅助氮气泡沫调驱提高原油驱油效率的室内实验,研究了温度、气液比、含油饱和度、压力以及注入方式对氮气泡沫封堵性的影响;通过低频谐振波辅助氮气泡沫驱替流程实验,对氮气泡沫的封堵性,驱油效率以及低频谐振波对氮气泡沫的驱油效率的影响进行了研究。 实验结果表明:通过氮气泡沫封堵性能的实验,发现泡沫的封堵性能与温度、气液比、压力、含油饱和度以及注入方式有关;当气液比在1:丨和2:1之间时,泡沫的封堵能力最强;压力增大、温度低、含油饱和度越低,泡沫的封堵能力增强。通过低频谐振波辅助氮气泡沫调驱的窀内实验,得出:振动波的频率为15Hz,加速度为0.3m//2s时,池4体系(说泡别为分JU:1000/)的-T:从沖jiti bi,级合招数込到iei人,池沐的性能似优越。在非均质填砂模型实验中,低频谐振波辅助氮气泡沫驱荇比单一的氮气泡沫驱S终的驱油效率提高了8.5/%。理论和实践均表明,适宜的振动波对于整个注氮气泡沫驱替过程是冇利的,能够使得最终的驱油效率得到进一步的提高。 Nitrogen foam lfooding in the dual advantages of a combination of gas dirve and foamlfooding, not only has a strong profile control ability, but also has strong flooding. Vibrationoil recovery is rapid development both at home and abroad in recent decades, a new oilextraction technology have achieved good results. By low-rfequency resonant wave auxiliarynitrogen foam lfooding crude oil displacement eiffciency of indoor expeirments, effects oftemperature, gas-liquid ratio, oil saturation, pressure and injection of nitrogen foam sealing;secondary nitrogen by low-frequency resonant wave foam flooding process expeirments, theblocking of nitrogen bubbles, the oil displacement eiffciency and low-frequency resonantwave oil displacement eiffciency of nitrogen foam to study Experimental results show that: the pcrforrnancc by nitrugen foam blocking experiments,and found the foam sealing performance and temperature, liquid ratio, pressure, oil saturationand injection; liquid ratio between1:1and2:1the blocking ability of the foam, the strongest;pressure, low temperature, the lower oil saturation, foam sealing ability. By low-rfequencyresonant wave auxiliary nitrogen foam lfooding in the indoor expeirment, obtained: thefrequency of the vibration wave15Hz, acceleration0.3m//s2foam system, half-life of thelongest composite index reached the maximum the performance of the foam is the mostsupeiror. Heterogeneous sand filling in the model experiment, the low-frequency resonantwave auxiliary nitrogen foam flooding for the ifnal dirve than a single nitrogen gas bubble oildisplacement efficiency by8.5/%. Theory and practice show that the appropirate wave for theentire nitrogen injection foam flooding for the process is beneficial to be able to make thefinal oil displacement efficiency can be further raised。
