摘　　要： 电力行业作为国民经济的基础产业，质量管理水平事关国民经济发展和人民生活大局。因此，我们在系统项目的质量管理上应积极采用科学的方法，研究和借鉴先进的管理经验。 目前大部分电力施工工程的生产活动都以项目的形式进行，质量管理是施工项目管理的重要内容之一，加强质量管理对电力施工项目具有重要意义。对于正在施工的企业来说，建立、健全质量体系是一项极为重要的质量管理工作，有明确的质量方针、质量目标，有健全的组织机构和质量职责，有覆盖全公司质量管理工作的质量保证手册和质量体系程序文件，有可操作性很强的实用的作业指导书，任何工作有了文件化的真实可靠的记录，整个质量工作被纳人完全的控制之中。 本论文以计量自动化系统项目为例，介绍了质量管理现状，并采用项目质量管理的理论对计量自动化系统项目质量管理体系进行分析研究，找出了计量自动化系统项目质量管理水平偏低的原因。笔者针对计量自动化系统项目质量管理体系存在的不足，详细阐述了计量自动化系统项目质量管理应保证按照团队成员都参与的模式开展质量管理，项目质量管理的工作内容须贯穿项目全过程，项目的质量管理须强调对项目的所有活动和工作质量的管理，项目质量保证体系必须有效运作，项目质量影响因素必须有效控制，应正常开展项目质量审计工作等改进措施。总之，以计量自动化系统项目为例的质量管理研究可以为电网建设、施工等单位提供一定的借鉴，进而提高其他电网建设项目的质量管理水平。 Electricity industry, as the basic industry of our national economy, its level of qualitymanagement is closely connected with the development of our national economy and livinglife of the people. Therefore, we should adapt to the scientific method on our qualitymanagement, study and learn some advanced managing experience. At present most of the production of electric power construction project activities are inthe form of project, quality management, construction project management are one of theimportant contents, It is very important to improve quarry management of electric plants.Under construction companies, set up and improve the quality system is an extremelyimportant weight management, there is a clear quality policy, quality objectives, there is asound organizational structure and quality of functions, there is coverage of the wholecompany's quality management work quality assurance manual and quality system programfiles, there is a strong practical operability of the operation guide book, no work hasdocumented the true and reliable records, the entire job be included in full control. This essay takes the Y`s （administration of power supply） project of automaticmeasuring system to demonstrate the present situation of automatic measuring system 'squality management. With the theory of quality management, it also analyzes and studies themanagement system and find out the reason why our management level still stays in a lowposition.To deeply absorb the shortcomings of the automatic measuring system's qualitymanagement, the author explains in details that, if we would like to have a high effect qualitymanagement, we should encourage all the staff to take part in this project. Furthermore, thereal project quality management needs us to control all the activities of the project. Inconclusion, the Y`s automatic measuring system Project will be a good example for ourautomatic measuring system's quality management research. It will improve our managementlevel in the future.
