摘　　要： 随着地球资源的日益枯竭与人类环境不断遭受破坏，传统供应链已渐渐不能适应时代的要求，发展绿色供应链将成为大势所趋。由于电子产业发展速度快，消费性电子产品更新换代迅速，给环境造成的破坏大，建立电子产业的绿色供应链有其必要性和紧迫性。其中，建立绿色供应链的重要环节是挑选优质的供应商，尤其是符合绿色环保要求的可持续发展的供应商。作为供应链的上游企业，供应商能够把绿色信息传递到下游各个企业，它在供应链中发挥着节约成本和保护环境的重要作用。基于此，本文在绿色供应链的理论基础上，重点研究如何建立一套既科学又有效的绿色供应商评价和选择体系。 本文首先总结了国内外绿色供应链管理及供应商选择评价的相关理论，明确了绿色供应链的概念模型，在此基础上提出了基于SCOR理论的电子产业绿色供应链的实践思路。其次，针对我国电子企业的特点，构建了一套基于绿色供应链的电子行业供应商的评价指标体系，主要从供应商的产品、合作发展潜力和绿色绩效三方面对指标进行分类，一共包括28个三级指标。根据绿色供应链的思想，本文建立了一套供应商评价模型，以层次分析法确立指标的主观权重，以熵权法确立指标的客观权重，利用综合集成赋权法综合主客观因素对权重的影响；供应商选择决策的方法选用逼近理想求解法（TOPSIS）。最后，运用该模型对A电子企业进行实例分析，为A企业选择正确的绿色供应商提供参考。 With the earth's resources increasingly exhausted and human environment destroyedcontinuously, the traditional supply chain has not adapt to the request of the ages gradually.The green supply chain will be the trend of times. Due to the rapid development in theelectronic industry and upgrade of products quickly, environment has been destroyed largely.Therefore, it is necessary and urgent to establish the green supply chain of the electronicindustry. What’s more, selecting the quality suppliers is the important link in theestablishment of green supply chain,especially select the environmental protectionsupplier.As the upstream enterprise, suppliers are able to transfer green information todownstream of each enterprise. It plays an important role in the cost saving andenvironmental protection in the supply chain. So, the key research of this paper is on how toestablish a set of scientific and effective evaluation and selection system for green supplier. This paper summarizes the green supply chain management and the supplier selectionevaluation theory, and confirms the concept of the green supply model. Based on theseintroduces SCOR supply reference model, and present the practice thinking of green supplychain in electronic industry. And construct a set of green supply chain supplier selectionevaluation index system of the electronic industry. The index system contains there aspects.They are the supplier's products, cooperation development potential and green performance.The index system consist of283level index. Then according to the thought of green supplychain, this paper establish a set of supplier evaluation model. It use the analytic hierarchyprocess to establish the subjective index weight, and use the entropy method to establish theobjective index weight, and use method of comprehensive integration granting weight tocomprehensive subjective and objective weight. On the basis of these, use the method ofTOPSIS to select the optimal supplier. Finally, using the model to makes an empiricalanalysis for the electronic enterprise, and choose the correct green supplier.
