摘 要: 在中国经济飞速发展的同时,伴随着企业不断的扩张行为,企业试图通过整合市场来寻找再次增速发展的机会。中国建筑施工企业以提升市场竞争力和扩大市场为目的对中国市场进行整合的过程中,其整合模式的选择,不仅受到中国市场特有的经济转型期制度因素和市场因素双重影响,还与建筑企业自身因素息息相关。 由于建筑施工企业生产运营模式的特殊性,使得其在进行全国市场的横向整合管理模式的选择上有其特殊性。本文试图从制度及市场环境和企业自身特性的视角出发,关注在中国经济转型期的特殊制度环境造就了中国既具有统一性又具有分割性的市场特征下,不同企业根据其独特的自身特性所做出不同的横向整合管理模式的战略选择及其所选择的管理模式对其企业发展的影响。文章的内容主要是,首先对其选题背景、研究内容等进行了简单的介绍。其次进行了相关的文献研究,接着分析建筑施工企业面临的行业现状,并结合文献综述,得出影响模型。然后归纳总结本文在研究中所采用研究方法等。最后采用案例分析的方法,对选定的两家企业进行研究,并得出结论。 本文采用案例研究的方法,选取了中国建筑施工行业的两家企业进行研究。通过案例分析,得出在现阶段中国建筑施工企业市场既分隔又统一的情境下,制度及市场因素及企业自身因素对企业横向整合战略选择的影响,具体表现在横向整合的范围以及方式的不同。最后,本文基于理论研究的结果和案例分析的现实,对研究成果进行了总结,以期望为其他建筑施工企业横向整合战略的选择和管理模式的实施提供一些理论的帮助和借鉴。 While China's rapid economic development, along with the business continued expansionbehavior, companies are trying to find opportunities for the next growth development throughthe integration of the market. Chinese construction enterprises implement the integration toenhance market competitiveness and expand market for the purpose of the Chinese marketintegration process. The integration of the mode of choice is affected not only by the doubleimpact of economic transition system and market factors specific to the Chinese market, butalso with the construction enterprises closely related to their own factors. Due to the particularity of the operating mode of construction enterprise production,during the choice of the management model of horizontal integration of the national markethas its particularity. This paper attempts from the perspective of the system and marketconditions and business characteristics, concerned about creating a special systemenvironment in China's economic transition, China has both unity and has a the Severabilitymarket characteristics under different enterprises according to their unique characteristicsmake the strategic choice of different horizontal integration management mode and select themanagement mode of its corporate development. The main content of the article is the first ofits simple introduction to the research background, research contents. Second related literature,followed by analysis of the construction enterprises are facing the industry status quo, and thecombination of literature review, which impact model. Then summarized the study researchmethods. Finally, case analysis method to study the two companies selected, and drawconclusions. In this paper, using the case study method, selected two companies of the constructionindustry research. Through case studies, drawn in the context of China's constructionenterprises at this stage the market both separated and unified system and market factors andcorporate factors for enterprise horizontal integration strategic choice of specific performancein the range of horizontal integration as well as the way the different. Finally, based on theresults of the theoretical research and case analysis of the reality of the research results,expectations for other construction companies to provide help and learn from some theoreticalhorizontal integration strategy for the selection and management of the implementation of themodel.
