摘 要: 当今社会已进入信息化时代,计算机在各个领域发挥着重要的作用。医院信息系统/(Hospital Information System,简称HIS系统/)已成为医院科学管理和提高医疗服务水平的重要手段。回顾医疗信息系统的发展,我们会发现国内的医疗信息系统依然存在很多问题。随着医疗改革的不断深化及科学技术的飞速发展,随着区域医疗、居民健康档案、医疗保险制度等政策法规的出台,医院对信息系统的区域化提出了更高的要求。 本文通过研究国内外区域医院信息系统的发展,结合近年来中国医疗改革的制度与政策,探讨了当前行业内医院信息系统区域化的现状和存在的问题以及新时期医院信息系统区域化的未来发展方向。并且从软件开发者的角度阐述当前行业内普遍使用的医院信息系统在区域化方面存在的问题和技术瓶颈,以及技术层面上急需解决的问题。最后通过引入创新思想及新兴技术研究医院信息系统区域架构的设计与实现。 本文的主要工作内容是:通过选择和学习适合解决医院信息系统区域化问题软件技术以及设计思想,研究医院系统区域化架构解决方案。希望能通过区域医院信息系统的架构设计和实现,从一定程度上解决当前区域医疗信息系统所面临的一些问题和技术瓶颈。 Modern society has entered the information era. Computers play an important role invarious areas. Hospital Information System /(short for HIS/) has become an important means toimprove medical service level and scientific management in hospital. Looking back HISdevelopment, we can find that the domestic HIS still exists a lot of problems. With thedeepening of the medical reform and the rapid development of science and technology, withthe introduction of policies and regulations such as regional medical treatment, resident healtharchives, medical insurance system etc, the hospital has put forward higher requirements forHIS. Through the research of regional HIS development history at home and abroad, combinedwith Chinese medical reform system and policy in recent years, this paper probes into currentsituation and existing problems within the regional HIS industry today and the regional HISfuture development direction during the new period. Meanwhile, from HIS software developerperspective this paper expounds the common problems in HIS software usage, technicalbottleneck, urgent problems needed to be solved at the technical level and the introduction ofinnovative technology. The main contents of this paper is to design regional HIS architecture solutions based onflexible architecture by the introduction of new software technology and design idea so as tosolve problems existing in the current HIS and break technical bottleneck to a certain extent..
