SMEC电梯公司库存改善应用研究

摘  要: 作为一个占全世界一半以上电梯市场份额的国家,在过去的几年里,我国电梯产销量每年都保持在20/%以上的增长速度,每年新增的电梯数量在30万台以上,占全球每年新增电梯总量的一半以上。市场不断在扩大,竞争也越来越激烈,降低生产成本成了电梯企业提高竞争力的核心能力。而电梯成本很大一部分来自库存成本,因此降低库存成本就成为电梯企业重中之重。 现代库存管理的库存是指暂时搁置的以备未来需要的物质资源。库存管理在国内还是比较新的课题。本文以SMEC电梯公司的库存管理为背景,通过分析SMEC电梯公司的营销机制、产品结构、供应商管理等方面,找出SMEC电梯公司存在的库存管理问题。现在的电梯市场需求变得多元化,竞争环境也越来越复杂,电梯企业在降低成本,提升竞争力方面都在不断努力。本文通过调查研究,然后从改善营销机制(二次排产)、调整仓库模式(建立立体式仓库)、联合库存管理等不同方面提出解决对策。目的是对SMEC电梯公司的库存管理进行改善,从而降低企业整体的生产成本,提高产品流通速度,加快资金周转率,提高客户服务水平,提高市场竞争力。 本方所采取的库存管理模式是结合电梯公司的实际营销模式与生产模式,运用现阶段先进的联合库存管理模式(JMI),综合对电梯企业的库存管理提出新的改善方案,具有很好的操作性与执行性,有些方案SMEC电梯公司已经准备2013年开始实施。因此,本文的研究成果预计将会为同行业及类似的生产制造企业库存管理控制提供参考,具有实践指导意义。 As a country with more than half of the world’s elevator market share, in the past fewyears, the production and sales of elevator in China maintain a growth rate of more than20/%every year. The number of annual new elevators in China is more than30million units whichaccounts for more than half of the total global annual increase of elevators. With thegradually constantly expanding of market, the business of elevators becomes more and morecompetitive. Thus, reducing the production costs becomes the core competencies ofimproving the competitiveness. The concept of inventory in modern inventory management is the material resources areheld in abeyance for the future needs of production. Inventory management in China is still arelatively new issue. This paper cites the inventory management background of the SMECElevator Company, through the analysis of the marketing mechanism, product structure,supplier management of the SMEC Elevator Company, the paper tries to identify the SMECelevator company inventory management problem and find the solution. The demand of theelevator market becomes diversified, and the competitive environment has becomeincreasingly complex, elevator companies are constantly striving to reduce costs and enhancecompetitiveness. Through thoroughly investment and sufficient research, the paper finds thesolutions from the perspective of marketing mechanisms /(secondary scheduling/), warehouseschema /(establishing a three-dimensional warehouse/) and the joint inventory management,respectively. The purpose is to improve inventory management of the SMEC ElevatorCompany, thereby reducing the enterprise overall production costs, improving productvelocity of circulation, accelerating the capital turnover rate and improving customer servicelevels and market competitiveness. The inventory management model adopted by the paper is the stage advanced inventorymanagement mode /(JMI/), a combination of the elevator company marketing model and themode of production. It could offer new comprehensive plan for the elevator enterpriseinventory management. Some plans are ready to start in the SMEC elevator company and willbe performed in2013. Therefore, the research in the paper could provide a reference in theelevator industry and in the manufacturing enterprise inventory management control and willhave practical significance.
