数控机床装调维修系统的研究与实现

摘  要: 数控机床的拥有量和技术水平的高低是一个国家现代制造业实力的重要标志。数控技术是集机、电、仪、液技术于一体的高新技术,数控机床装调维修人员在机床生产过程中,处于组装、调试、检测等关键环节,同时还承担着产品的售后服务工作,是企业与用户之间的纽带与桥梁;在数控机床的使用中,负责数控机床性能的调整和数控机床维护和维修、数控加工工艺流程设计的参与和实施等。目前我国本职业从业人员存在知识和技能平均水平不高,工作经验不足等问题。据统计,全国高级的数控装调与维修人员约缺3万人,这严重影响数控机床行业的健康发展。因此,加快规范本职业人员职业培训,研制一套能够满足职业要求的培训系统,使其掌握机械、电气、计算机编程等较全面的知识体系,是提高本职业人员素质和促进行业发展的有效途径。 本文首先对数控机床装调维修人员从事的工作进行分析,根据国家职业标准的理论知识和技能要求,提出了本项目应满足的要求,包括系统的性能指标、硬件构成和软件构成。 其次,在对职业标准和企业实际情况进行分析的基础上,阐述了本课题选择FANUC(发那科)数控系统的理由,介绍了FANUC0i Mate-TC数控系统,完成了主轴控制系统、进给控制系统和辅助控制系统的选型和硬件连接。针对整个系统如何实现装调和维修功能,对机床的结构设计和控制系统的设计提出了具体要求和实现方法。 再次,对系统所需的软件进行了设计,绘制了PMC控制流程图,介绍了上位机软件的使用方法;对数控系统参数以及变频器参数进行了设置,完成了系统的调试。 最后,论文对全文进行总结,并提出了进一步研究的展望。 The ownership and the technical level of CNC machine tools are important symbols ofthe modern manufacturing strength of a country. CNC technology is a high and newtechnology in aspects of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and hydraulic technology. Inthe production process, CNC machine tool alignment maintenance personnel is bond andbridge between the enterprise and the user, playing a role in the key links, such as assembly,commissioning, and testing; they also bear the service work. In the use of CNC machine tools,they are responsible for the performance adjustment of CNC machine tools and themaintenance and repair, the participation of the CNC machining process design andimplementation. Currently, for employees in this area, there exist some problems, for example,the average level of knowledge and skills, and lack of work experience. According to statistics,the country’s advanced CNC alignment and maintenance staff lack of about30,000people,which has seriously affected the healthy development of the CNC machine tool industry.Therefore, in order to improve the professional quality of personnel and to promote thedevelopment of the industry, it is an effective way to accelerate the specification of the careerstaff vocational training, develop a training system for meeting the job requirements, andequipping them with a more comprehensive knowledge of the mechanical, electrical,computer programming system. Firstly, this thesis analyzes works of CNC machine tool alignment maintenancepersonnel engaged, and according to the theoretical knowledge and skill requirements of thenational occupational standards, puts forward the requirements of the project, including theperformance of the system, the hardware configuration and software constitute. Secondly, based on the analysis of occupational standards and reality, this thesisillustrates the reasons for choosing the topic of FANUC CNC systems, and gives a detailedaccount of FANUC0i Mate-TC CNC system, and completes type-selection and hardwareconnections of spindle control system, feed control system and auxiliary control system. As tothe subject of realizing the installing and maintenance function for the entire system, thisarticle puts forwards the specific requirements and implementation methods for the structuraldesign and control system design of the machine tools. Once again, this thesis gives the design of system software, the draw of PMC control theflow chart, description of the use of the PC software; it also introduces the setting of CNCsystem parameters as well as the inverter parameters, the completion of the commissioning ofthe system. Finally, it gives a conclusion and presents outlook for further research.
