我国工程本科人才培养模式改革研究

摘  要: 目前我国正处于创建创新型国家,加快产业转型升级的关键时期,社会产业经济发展需要大量的高级工程技术人才。2010年教育部提出“卓越工程师培养计划”,表明国家已经将工程教育提升到国家发展战略层面予以重视。尽管近些年来我国工程本科人才培养状况有了一定的发展,但是仍然存在不少问题,所培养的工程人才质量并不能够满足社会经济发展需求。因此,仍需要我们对目前工程本科人才培养模式进行深入的改革研究。本文以材料类专业作为研究视角,通过对国内外工程本科人才培养模式资料和相关数据进行收集和分析,总结国外工程本科人才培养特点以及其启示,结合我国工程人才培养的历程、现状以及面临的挑战,对我国目前工程本科人才培养模式存在的问题进行分析并尝试给予一些改进的策略建议。文章内容主要分为以下四个部分: 第一部分,问题的提出以及国内外相关文献综述、评析。论述为什么要进行工程本科人才培养模式的比较研究。阐述已有的理论成果和国内外的研究现状,还有本课题的创新之处和优势所在。 第二部分,以美国和德国作为国外工程本科人才培养模式的主要研究对象,结合两国典型工科院校材料类专业的人才培养状况对培养模式各因素进行分析研究和特点总结,最后提出其人才培养模式对我国的启示。 第三部分,是本研究的主要组成部分,通过历史分析法对我国工程人才培养模式的历史发展沿革梳理分析;同时重点介绍我国工程本科人才培养现状,并以三个典型工科院校材料类专业人才培养模式为案例阐述我国目前培养模式改革的进展;最后,提出我国工程本科人才培养模式进一步改革和发展所需要面临的挑战。 第四部分,对我国大多数高校材料类专业工程本科人才培养模式普遍存在的问题进行总结分析,并综合国外培养模式的发展启示以及我国部分高校的改革探索经验,针对这些问题提出改进的建议和策略。 At present we are in a critical period of creating an innovation-oriented country,speeding up and upgrading our industrial transformation. With the development of industrialeconomy in our society, a lot of senior engineering and technical personnel are needed. In2010, the plan of “outstanding engineer training program” declared by the Ministry ofEducation of the People’s Republic of China shows that our country has promotedengineering education to the national development strategic level and paid great attention to it.Although in recent years, our undergraduate engineering talent training situation has gainedsome progress, there are still many problems and the quality of the cultivated engineeringtalents is not able to meet the needs of our social and economic development. Therefore, it isnecessary for us to give an in-depth study of it and reform it. This thesis considers materialmajors as our research perspective, through collecting and analyzing the relevant informationand data of the cultivation modes of undergraduate engineering talents at home and abroad,we first summarize the characteristics of the cultivation modes of undergraduate engineeringtalents at abroad as well as its inspiration, then in relate to the history, current situation andchallenges of our engineering talent cultivation mode, we analyze the existed problems of itand tentatively put forward some reform strategies and suggestions. The main content of ourthesis can be divided into the following four parts. The first part put forward our research problem and literature review. In this part, wediscussed why it is necessary to give a comparative study of the undergraduate engineeringtalent cultivation modes and reviewed the former research theories and achievements, thecurrent research situation at home and abroad, as well as the innovations and strong points inour thesis. In the second part we chose American and German undergraduate engineering talentcultivation modes as our main research objects. Linking up the situation of the engineeringtalent cultivation modes of the material majors in typical technology universities and collegesof the two countries, we studied each element in the cultivation mode and concluded theircharacteristics. At last we gave out the inspiration of their cultivation modes.The third part is the main focus of our thesis. Adopting historical analysis methodology, we recalled the historical development of our engineering talent cultivation modes. Meanwhile,we specially introduced the current undergraduate engineering talent cultivation situation. Wealso chose three typical technology universities as our case studies from which thedevelopment of our present cultivation mode reform is well displayed. Finally, we alsoconcluded the challenges which we would meet if further reform and development is carriedout. The fourth part, we concluded and studied the universal problems in material majors ofthe majority universities in our country. Integrating the development inspiration given by theforeign countries and some of our universities own exploration experience, we put forwardsome reform suggestions and strategies for these problem.
