不锈钢厨具复合压力焊自动化生产线的研制与应用

摘  要: 目前,我国大部分企业在产品加工生产时仍然采用人工操作的方式对工件进行搬运和定位,一定程度上存在着工作强度大、操作灵活性差、定位精度低、安全性差等问题,严重影响了产品的质量和生产效率。随着科学技术的发展,自动化生产线在企业产品生产过程中得到了广泛的应用,它的出现对减轻工人劳动强度和难度、提高工作效率和质量、降低生产成本上做出了突出贡献,自动化生产线的发展对企业的可持续发展和经济效益的提高起到了举足轻重的作用。 根据某不锈钢厨具制品企业复合压力焊工序的实际需求,本文对不锈钢厨具在中频加热机、冲压机及冷却输送带设备之间的搬运及定位问题进行了探究,对自动化生产线各装置的实现方法进行了比较,确定了机、电、气一体化的设计方案,同时采用了三菱的FX2N-64MT系列PLC作为主控制器,利用WeinView公司型号为MT-506M触摸屏实现人机交互,最终达到能够安全、稳定、准确地完成复合压力焊自动化生产的目的。 首先,简单介绍了本课题的研究背景及意义,回顾了国内外不锈钢厨具制造业的现状及自动化生产线的应用现状,确定了复合压力焊自动化生产线的主要研究内容。 其次,根据复合压力焊加工的工艺需求和自动化生产线的整体设计要求,采用模块化的设计思想,对复合压力焊自动化生产线的方案进行了设计,确定了输送带过渡装置、自动送料出料装置、自动上下料装置的详细结构,并对相关元件进行计算选型。 再次,根据复合压力焊自动化生产线的控制要求,确定自动化生产线的控制系统,并对电路系统和气路系统进行了设计。 然后,根据PLC程序及触摸屏程序的设计要求,对复合压力焊自动化生产线的PLC程序及触摸屏程序进行了编写,并实现了PLC与触摸屏的通讯。 最后,对复合压力焊自动化生产线进行安装与调试,并根据自动化生产线的实际运行情况,对自动化生产线进行了优化,最终达到安全稳定的生产。 Currently, most enterprises in China are still processing products by manual operation tocarry and locate products, that exists the problems about intensive work, low operationalflexibility, low positioning accuracy, and poor security and so on, which seriously affectproduct quality and production efficiency. With the development of science and technology,automated production line is widely used in the procession of the enterprise production; itsappearance has made outstanding contributions to reduce the labor intensity and difficulty, toimprove work efficiency and quality, to reduce production costs. Automated production lines’development has played a decisive role in the sustainable development and income-generatingof enterprises. According to the actual needs of a stainless steel kitchenware products of the enterprise,the thesis will study the issues of handling and positioning of the pressure welding process,stainless steel kitchen utensils between the intermediate frequency heating machine, stampingmachine and cooling conveyor equipment, and make comparison to the methods of automaticproduction line device, determine the mechanical, electrical, gas integrated design program,while using Mitsubishi FX2N-64MT series PLC as the master controller, using the WeinViewCompany model MT-506M touch screen to reach human-computer interaction, and ultimatelycan meet the requirement of automatic production of the composite pressure welding safelysteadily, accurately. Firstly, the thesis make a brief introduction of the research’s background and significance,make a review of the situation of stainless steel kitchenware manufacturing industry and theapplication status of the automated production lines at home and abroad, determine the mainresearch contents of the automated production line for composite pressure welding. Secondly, according to the craftwork requirements of the composite pressure welding andthe overall design requirements of the automated production line, design the program of thecomposite pressure welding automation production line through modular designing ideas, Ithas determined the detailed structure of the conveyor transition device, automatically sendmaterials and out feeding device, automatic loading and unloading materials of the device,and make calculated Selection to the related components. Thirdly, according to the control requirements of the composite pressure weldingautomation production line, to determine the control system of automated production lines,and design the circuit system and pneumatic system. Then, according to the design requirements of the PLC program and touch screenprogram, to write programs to the production line of composite pressure welding automationPLC program and touch screen program. Finally, make the installation and commissioning of composite pressure weldingautomatic production line, and to optimize the automated production lines in accordance withthe actual running of automated production lines, and ultimately achieve a safe and stableproduction.
