基于SPCE061A的汽车防碰撞报警系统研究

摘  要: 随着我国经济的不断提高以及汽车业的迅速发展,在人们日常的生活和工作中,汽车已经成为一种非常重要的交通方式。当我们在享受汽车给我们带来便利的同时,交通事故在我们周围屡见不鲜,给人们的生命和财产带来巨大的损失。汽车安全已经逐渐成为人们关注的焦点,因此汽车防碰撞系统的研究和设计,具有广泛的应用前景和经济前景/[1/]。 本文在查阅相关研究资料基础上,并结合当前国内外研究热点,提出了一种全方位安全防碰撞报警系统,该系统应包括追尾防撞系统和超车侧向防撞系统。该系统分为测距模块、系统控制模块、车辆信息采集模块、显示模块、声光报警模块和语音提示模块,并分别对其进行方案分析与设计。在软件设计过程中,结合最新研究成果和系统实际需要,建立了全面、实用、简单的安全防撞理论模型;在硬件设计中,阐述了以凌阳单片机为控制器的汽车防碰撞系统架构和电路,并对其进行了调试和分析,给出了系统调试的运行结果。本文的主要研究内容包括以下几个方面: /(1/)汽车防碰撞系统系的整体硬件设计。该部分采用凌阳公司开发的SPCE061A单片机为主控制器,以雷达和超声波作为测距传感器,并详细设计了其它辅助控制单元,例如LED灯报警、语音提示、按键操作及LCD显示等单元。 /(2/)汽车防碰撞系统的整体软件设计。在软件设计单元,采用C语言和汇编语言混合编程的方式进行程序的编写,以实现系统的整体功能,并给出了超声波测距单元、LED灯报警单元、语言提示单元、按键操作及LCD显示单元的程序设计。 /(3/)汽车防碰撞系统的理论模型设计。通过对汽车碰撞过程的分析,并结合现有的防碰撞模型,研究开发出一套汽车防碰撞的决策算法,实践证明该算法具有很强的实用性,能确保驾驶人员的行车安全。 最后,论文在总结全文的工作基础上,提出了该系统的设计不足和需进一步的研究工作方向。 总之,该系统具有结构简单,整体性能稳定可靠,其主要技术指标达到了系统设计要求。实验结果表明,系统功能良好,达到了预期设计要求。 With the continuous improvement of our country economy as well as the rapiddevelopment of the automobile industry, cars have become a very important mode oftransportation in people's daily life and work. When we enjoy the convenience that cars bringus, the frequent ttraffic accidents which threat people’s lives and people safety are nothingnew now. Automobile safety has gradually become the focus of attention,so the research anddesign of anti-collision warning system have a goodd prospect of app1ication and econom. The thesis mainly analyzed deeply the research on the design of anti-collision warningsystem, according to the latest research focus in domestic and foreign countries,put forward acomprehensive and safety anti-collision warning system,which includes Rear-end Collisionand Side Collision warning systems.The system consisted of the Distance-MeasurementModule,Control Module, Information Collection Module,Display Module,Sound or LightAlarm Module and Voice Alarm Module. The paper discussed the scheme of these moduleand seleeted the best system scheme in the paper. In design of the software, according to thenewest research results and the actual needs of system, the paper had establishedcomprehensively, practical, the simple security anti-collision theoretical model. In detaildesign of the hardware, it presented the theory and characters of anti-collision warning systembased on the SPCE061A microcontroller.At last, the simulation and experiment wasintroduced into the system, and presented the result of the experiment. The main contents ofthis paper are as follows: /(1/) Finish the hardware design of the systems.In the system,SPCE06A works as maincontroller;Radar and Ultrasonic wave work as the ranging way.The paper constructs thehardware system and draws the principle diagram of Distance-Measurement module,Information Collection module, Voice Alarm module and so on. /(2/) Finish the software design of the systems.In this unit,using C language and assemblylanguage hybrid programming modle to achive the overall function of the system.The paperalso give the some program of the system,For example, the Distance-Measurement module,Voice Alarm Module and so on. /(3/) Establish the vehicle anti-collision model based on the whole situation. A collisioncalculating methods have been developed by analyzing the vehicle collision process. Itemerged that the methods owns an strong application, and it help to warn the drivers andbrake to secure their safety. Finally,based on summarizing the whole thesis, its weak points and further researchdirection are pointed out.In a word, the system has a simple structure, and the overall performance of which is stableand reliable, imitations of main cases have been carried out.The test result shows that thesystem run esstably on the car, and the ability of interference rejection is strong.
