摘　　要： 随着我们社会主义市场经济的不断发展，各个商品领域市场化不断深入，消费者的需求也趋向多样化、个性化，同类企业和供应链上下游企业间的竞争与合作也更加多元化，供应链管理思想日渐深入人心，企业一方面要加强自身的管理，另一方面也需要企业间的合作。农产品由于其特有的属性和重要的商品经济地位一直是国内外学者研究的热点，其中期权系列供应链契约一直被研究者青睐，并且研究成果在一定程度上得到了很好的应用和推广。由于生鲜农产品物流模式多样，而最终市场需求量与到达目的地的新鲜度、破损度等直接相关，与物流质量间接相关，所以生鲜农产品供应链呈现独有的特性。与以往定性的物流模式研究相比，定量的期权型契约供应链模型研究不同的是：本文介绍了在供应商主导下，生鲜农产品在三种不同物流模式下，供应链期权契约协调。 本文运用了运筹学、市场学、区域经济学，供应链管理、制度经济学相关理论，构造了一个二级生鲜农产品供应链，几种不同物流模式下，考虑生鲜农产品特别属性及其市场特性，单纯采用期权契约或增加更多约束契约协调供应商和零售商的竞争关系，缓解信息不对称的负面影响，最终实现供应链协调。 在模糊的需求市场环境中，考虑物流团队固定成本的投入对生鲜农产品需求影响下：在纵向物流模式下，供应商和零售商定期权参数，约定组建物流团队、出资额和分摊比例，最终可实现供应链协调，并且两个主体合理分配相应的利润；在自营物流模式下，由供应商承担物流环节，仅使用期权契约无法达到供应链协调，增加物流费用分摊约定后则两个主体可实现利润合理分配从而达到供应链协调；在第三方物流模式下，三个主体仅通过期权契约也无法达到供应链协调，若增加物流成本分摊因子，则可实现三个主体利润的合理分配从而达到供应链协调。 最后通过几个算例对上述几个模型进行验证，证实了结论的有效性。 As our socialist market economic development, each commodity marketizationdeepening, and consumer demand also tend to diversification, individuation, competition andcooperation are more diversified between the similar enterprises and the enterprises in supplychain, They need to strengthen their own management, and also need the cooperation betweenenterprises, as the same time supply chain management thinking became more and morepopular. Agricultural products supply chain has been a hot spot in the study of scholarsbecause of their characteristics and important commodity economic status. Option and itsclose supply chain contract has been all favor, and got very good application to some extent,Fresh agricultural products supply chain have own characteristic, because of fresh agriculturalproducts logistics mode diversity, and eventually the market demand is direct related and todestination、damage degree of freshness, indirect related to logistics quality. What’s thisstudy difference from qualitative logistics pattern research, quantitative phase type contractsupply chain model research in the pass is: this paper introduces the fresh agriculturalproducts supply chain option contract coordination in three different logistics mode insupplier’s lead. In this paper, we employ the operations research, marketing, regional economics,supply chain management, institutional economics correlation theory, construct a two-stagefresh agricultural products supply chain, consider fresh agricultural products special attributeand its market characteristics, coordinate suppliers and retailers competitive relationship onlywith option contract or more constraints option contract, alleviate the negative influence ofthe information asymmetry, realize supply chain coordination finally in different logisticsmode. In fuzzy demand market environment, considering logistics team fixed cost input forfresh agricultural products under the influence of demand: In the longitudinal logistics mode,the supplier and the retail agreed option parameters, make sure investment and shareproportion of logistics team, realize supply chain coordination finally, and distribute thecorresponding profit between the two main body; In self-conducting logistics mode, thesupplier account logistics part, cannot realize supply chain coordination just reach one optioncontract. After add the logistics cost sharing agreement, the two members can realize supplychain coordination from profit distribution; In the third party logistics mode, three main body cannot achieve supply chain coordination just the option contract. If add logistics costallocation factor, can achieve supply chain coordination from the reasonable distribution ofthe three main profit. At last, verify several mode above through several examples, and confirmed theeffectiveness of the conclusion.
