焦炉煤气脱硫废液资源化处理研究

摘  要: 焦炉气脱硫目前广泛应用的是湿式催化氧化技术,该技术由于副反应的发生,需要定期外排一部分脱硫废液。脱硫废液中含有大量脱硫副产物,直接外排不仅污染环境,还能造成资源浪费。本论文通过对废液组分的测定,得出废液中含有三种浓度较高的副盐/(/(NH4/)2S2O3, NH4SCN,/(NH4/)2SO4,具有很高的回收利用价值。但是,由于硫代硫酸铵和硫氰酸铵在水中的溶解度较大而且差异较小,很难直接利用结晶法加以回收。因此,本文使用了一种催化剂,利用空气中的氧气对硫代硫酸铵进行了催化转化,并且成功将其转化为硫酸铵,使废液中只剩下两种溶解度差异较大的副盐。并得出在通入足量空气的前提下/(100L//h/),当脱硫液中硫代硫酸铵浓度为90g//L,加入催化剂0.25g//L,90℃反应时,硫代硫酸铵的转化率可达到98/%以上,基本可以转化完全。 本文还对进行催化转化后的脱硫废液中的硫氰酸铵采用蒸发结晶的方法进行了回收,回收后硫氰酸铵的纯度可达到工业级标准。 The wet catalytic oxidation desulfurization technology was a kind of method which wasusually used coke oven gas desulfurization,because of it exist some side reaction, part ofdesulfurization waste liquid need to be poured regularly. The desulfurization waste liquidcontains a lot of by-products. The direct discharge not only pollutes the environment, also cancause the waste of resources. In this paper, the desulfurization waste liquid was analyzed,obtained three kinds of salt /(NH4/)2S2O3, NH4SCN,/(NH4/)2SO4in the waste liquid of highconcentration, with a high recycling value. However, due to the solubility of /(NH4/)2S2O3andNH4SCN in water are relatively large and too close, it is difficult to directly use thecrystallization method to be recycled.To counter this problem, this paper is adopted in a newtype of catalys, utilize oxygen in the air to study the Catalytic conversion experiments on/(NH4/)2S2O3and successfully converted it into /(NH4/)2SO4. Waste only remain /(NH4/)2SO4andNH4SCN that with large solubility difference.Studing on the catalyst conversion ratio of/(NH4/)2S2O3in waste solution.The influence of the different catalyst, different temperature,thequantity catalyst, the concentration of solution initial, and the air flow were investigated. Theresults indicated solution whose concentration was90g//Land temperature was90℃waschanged more than98/%by0.25g catalyst. The solubility of /(NH4/)2S2O3is very small indesulfurization wast liquid, but NH4SCN is easily dissolve in the waste. So this experimentuse evaporative crystallization to recover NH4SCN and /(NH4/)2SO4. The purity of NH4SCNcan achieve industrial standards.
