交错并联磁集成Buck变换器的本质安全特性研究

摘  要: 应用于煤矿井下的供电设备必须满足本质安全防爆的要求。本文将交错并联磁集成技术应用到基本Buck变换器中,交错并联能减小电路的输出纹波电压,耦合电感能使等效电气电感增大来提高变换器的电气性能并能使等效本安电感减小来提高变换器的本安特性,很好地解决了大电感、大电容与小电感、小电容之间的矛盾,更好地满足电路的本质安全性能。首先,介绍了交错并联和交错并联磁集成Buck变换器的工作原理,推导出它们在电感电流连续导电模式和不连续导电模式的临界电感和临界电阻,输出纹波电压和峰值电感电流的计算公式,并分析了它们分别与负载电阻、输入电压、电感之间的变化规律,利用Matlab进行仿真验证;接着对交错并联磁集成Buck变换器的输出短路放电特性和电感分断放电特性进行分析,介绍了非爆炸本质安全判断依据;最后对输出本安型交错并联磁集成Buck变换器的主电路和控制电路进行设计,利用Saber软件进行仿真,并搭建了实验电路,论证了理论分析的正确性和设计方法的可行性。 Electrical equipments used in coal mine must meet explosion-proof requirements.The paper puts the interleaving integrated magnetics techniques into Buck converter.The interleaving can reduce the output ripple voltage of the circuit and the coupledinductance can increace the equivalent electrical inductance to improve the electricalcharacteristics of the converter and ruduce the equivalent intrinsic safety inductance toimprove the intrinsic safety characteristics, which solve the contradiction between thebig inductance, big capacitance and the small inductance, small capacitance. Theintrinsic safety performance is meeted better. Firstly, it introduces the principle of theinterleaving and the interleaving integrated magnetics Buck converter, deduces thecritical indutance and the critical resistance of the inductance current continuousconduction mode and discontinuous conduction mode, the formula of the output ripplevoltage and the peak inductance current, analyzes the change law between the voltageand current and the load, input voltage and inductance. I uses the Matlab simulation tocheck them. Secondly, it analyzes the capacitance output disjunction characteristics andthe inductance short-circuit characteristic of the interleaving integrated magnetics Buckconverter, introduces the judgement of the nonexplosive intrinsic safety. Finally, itdesigns the main circuit and control circuit of the output intrinsic safety circuit. I usesthe Saber software to check them. And I set up the experiment circuit, whichdemonstrates the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the designmethod.
