路表动水压力计算研究

摘  要: 在降雨条件下,路表积聚的雨水沿路面合成坡度方向运动,形成一层漫流水膜。车辆高速行驶时,轮胎与路面水膜挤压后产生动水压力,当动水压力达到一定值时,产生车轮沿液面滑移/(即“水漂”/)现象,致使雨天车辆容易出现侧滑、追尾等交通事故;另外,动水压力的存在使雨水更多地进入路面结构,造成沥青和集料剥离的可能以及材料的老化趋势增加,影响路面的耐久性,导致路面过早破坏。 本文以重庆市教委科学技术研究项目“沥青混凝土路面行车动水压力特性研究”(编号KJ100422)为依托,针对路表动水压力计算分析几个关键问题进行相关研究。 首先,利用动量定理建立水膜厚度较小(<2mm﹚以及水膜厚度较大(≥2mm﹚两种情况下动水压力计算模型,分析水膜厚度不同情况下动水压力和水膜厚度、车速、车重之间的关系,并得出滑水速度和其影响因素之间的关系。 其次,选定某一车型,设置轮胎的计算参数诸如接地面积、垂直变型等,再利用有限元软件计算出该车型以不同的车速(分别采用60km//h,80km//h,100km//h,120km//h)行驶在不同的水膜厚度(分别采用4mm,6mm,8mm,10mm)路面上所受到的动水压力值。分析车速、水膜厚度与动水压力之间的关系。 最后,依据动水压力计算结果,提出在水膜厚度、车速和轮胎花纹深度三方面采取控制措施以减小动水压力所带来的不利影响,为车辆安全行驶提供保障。 In rainfall conditions, the rain of road surface accumulation mobiles along thedirection of pavement synthetic slops,formming a layer of cross flow water film.Hydrodynamic pressure will emerge after tire press water above road when the speed isvery high,the wheels will slide along surface/(ie,”hydroplaning”/)when hydrodynamicpressure reachs a certain value,resulting accident of skidding vehicles,rear-end,etc inrain conditions.In addition,the presence of hydrodynamic pressure make water intopavement structure,casuing the possibility of stripe between asphalt and aggregatematerials, increasing the aging trend,affecting the durability of the road,leading topremature destructin of road. The paper based on sciense project of Chongqing Municipal Education Commission—Research on Characteristics of Hdrodynamic Pressure because of Driving underAsphalt Concrete Pavemen Conditions. Studied key issues of calculation andcharacteristics.of hydrodynamic pressure First of all,establishing computational model of hydrodynamic pressure based onmomentum theorem under the condition that the depth of water film is smaller/(<2mm﹚and lager/(≥2mm﹚, analyzing the relationship among hydrodynamic pressure、depthof water film and vehicle weight,and drawing the relationship between water skiingspeed and its impact factors. Second,selecting some type of model,setting the calculation parameters such astires ground area and vertical deformation,etc,reusing finite element software as todraw the result of hydrodynamic pressure under the conditions driving up some kinds ofdepths of water film /(respectively4mm,6mm,8mm,10mm) by differentspeed/(respectively60km//h,80km//h,100km//h,120km//h). Analyzing the relationshipamong hydrodynamic pressure、depth of water film and speed. Finally,according to the result of hydrodynamic pressure to take action for speed、depth of water film and tire tread depth to reduce the adverse effecs of hydrodynamicpressure, and providing protection for vehicle safe driving
