摘　　要： 构建创新的平台化产品研发管理系统来满足市场多样化需求,降低产品复杂度、提升公司核心的技术竞争力成了很多企业面临的问题。 本文运用模块化设计相关理论知识对MD公司的研发管理问题进行了分析研究,并尝试通过相关理论知识和实践经验提出解决措施。文章首先对国内外产品市场需求个性化多样化与企业产品管理复杂度增加之间的矛盾进行了研究,针对性地指出了问题所在以及作者的研究方法和意义；其次,通过相关理论的分析,揭示了它们之间的紧密联系以及对企业的实际意义；再次,通过国内外模块化产品研发管理发展状况的分析得出模块化设计在企业发展中的重要性；最后,通过MD公司及其研发产品问题分析的基础上,提出了相应的变革目标和变革路径,并针对性地提出了相应的实施措施。 在本文中,通过对模块化设计及方法的导入和分析,参考国内外一些企业的实践案例,结合MD公司的探索与实践,提出了以模块化设计为基础的平台化研发管理体系,这种平台化的研发管理体系并不是仅仅体现在的零部件层面,还必须构建创新的产品研发过程和与之适应的设计流程、管理系统、考核与决策机制等,同时在组织架构设计方面的配套建设也是成功实施和推广的前提条件。 通过模块化设计及其特征的研究,采用理论研究和案例分析两种方法,论述了如何构建基于模块化设计的平台化产品研发管理系统,包括管理决策机制、流程设计方法、研发组织架构设置、管理系统建立步骤、考核与决策机制的内容与原则、相关的辅助性决策工具配备等。通过商业和技术两个维度的考量,归纳出创新的决策管理理念,形成平台化产品研发管理的组织架构设计方案,并结合相关理论首次提出了产品研发管理中的“多层次矩阵管理”概念,为平台化产品研发管理的探索与实践提供了新颖的管理理论支撑。 基于模块化设计的平台化产品研发管理的相关理论与实践,必将给家电制造行业的研发战略转型提供有益的参考,在产品研发管理与创新领域将处于越来越重要的地位,不断发挥出难以预估的巨大价值。 Construction of innovative platform-based product development management system to meet the demand for market diversification, to reduce product complexity and enhance the company's core competitiveness has become a problem with which a lot of enterprises are faced. In this paper, the related theoretical knowledge of modular design were used to analysis MD's R/&D management issues, and a practical application of this related theoretical knowledge were used to address these issues. First, the contradiction between the personalized needs and diversification of market demand at home and abroad and product'management complexity were studied. The author puts forward the existed problem, as well as research methods and its significance. Secondly, through the analysis of the theory, the close contact between them and the actual meaning to company were put forward. Again, by analyzing R/&D'management development of modular products at home and abroad, we obtained the importance of modular design in enterprise development. Finally, based on the analysis of MD, Inc. and R/&D products problem, proposed changing targets and changing path, and puts forward the implementation of measures. In this paper, through the import and analysis of modular design, refer to the practice case of some domestic companies and abroad, combined with the MD exploration and practice, proposed R/&D's management system based on modular design platform. This management system is not only reflected in the level of parts, it must build innovative product development process and related design process, management system, assessment and decision-making mechanisms. At the same time, supporting building of organization is a prerequisite for successful implementation and promotion. Meanwhile, through consideration by both commercial and technical dimensions, summed up the decision-making management philosophy of innovation, formed a platform-based product development management organizational structural design, and combined with related theory first proposed the concept of "multi-level matrix management" in the management of product development, provides a novel management theory support for explore and practice of platform-based product development management. By related theory and practice analysis of platform-based product development management based on modular design, it will provide a useful reference to home appliance manufacturing industry'R/&D strategic transformation and play an increasingly important role in product development management and innovation, continue create enormous unpredicted value.
