再生混凝土梁受剪承载力及可靠度分析

摘  要: 本课题是黑龙江省自然科学基金“再生混凝土力学性能及其显微结构试验研究”课题的延续。 本文在国内外再生混凝土基本力学性能和再生混凝土梁抗剪试验的基础上,研究了再生混凝土梁斜截面受剪承载力的影响因素和计算方法,并对建立的受剪计算式进行了相应的可靠度分析。论文的主要工作及结论如下: /(1/)对国内外63根再生混凝土梁抗剪试验数据进行统计和分析,结果表明再生混凝土梁和普通混凝土梁具有相似的破坏过程和破坏形式,且配箍率、剪跨比、再生混凝土强度等因素对再生混凝土梁的影响规律与普通混凝土梁一致。 /(2/)通过ANSYS数值模拟来研究受剪承载力影响因素,包括2个内容。①根据已知试验建模,并与试验值比较来分析模型的正确性。②设计新的抗剪试验,从极限抗剪承载力和跨中挠度的角度来研究纵筋配筋率、截面尺寸以及翼缘宽度等因素对再生混凝土梁受剪承载力的影响规律。 /(3/)分析确定了再生混凝土强度指标之间的换算关系。并以此为基础,采用普通混凝土的中美欧三国规范受剪公式计算抗剪承载力并与试验值进行比较,结果表明修正后的三国规范公式均偏于安全。 /(4/)在塑性理论基础上,考虑再生混凝土开裂对抗剪承载力的影响,提出了相应的抗剪承载力计算式,且按理论推导式计算得到的再生混凝土梁抗剪承载力和试验值吻合较好。 /(5/)对再生混凝土梁抗剪计算式进行了相应的可靠度分析,研究了再生混凝土强度等级、剪跨比、钢筋品种、荷载效应比、荷载组合形式、配箍率等对可靠度指标的影响规律。结果表明荷载组合形式以及荷载效应比对可靠指标影响最为显著,其次为配箍率、剪跨比和钢筋品种,而混凝土强度等级影响则微乎其微。 This research is developed from “analysis on mechanical properties andmicrostructure of recycled concrete” that is funded by Natural Science Foundation ofHeilongjiang province. On the basis of the recycled concrete mechanical properties and the shearexperiments of recycled concrete beams all over the world, we investigated the factorsthat influence the shear capacity and the calculation method of shear capacity. Besides,the reliability analysis for the advised formulas of shear capacity was conducted. Themain work and conclusion of the research were shown as follows: /(1/) Through the investigation of sixty three recycled concrete beams of shearexperiments all over the world, we found that the recycled concrete beams have littledifference in failure modes with virgin concrete beams. In addition, the effect of stirrupratio, shear span to depth ratio and concrete strength to the ultimate shear load of RRCbeams are the same to that of RCC beams. /(2/) Computer numerical simulations by ANSYS were performed. In order toconfirm the model is correct, firstly, we should build a recycled concrete beam modelaccording to the exist experiment, then, the comparison between the test results and thecalculated results should be done. Lastly, we designed a new shear experiment in orderto study how the longitudinal reinforcement ratio and the sectional dimension influencethe beam shear capacity and deflection. /(3/) The conversion between the strength indexes of recycled concrete weredetermined. Furtherly, the shear bearing capacity calculated by the code formulas ofChina, USA, Europe were compared to the test values and it showed that the three codeformulas were all applicable to the recycled concrete beams. /(4/) Based on the plastic theory, we put forward a new shear formula considering theeffect of cracking on the shear capacity. The calculated value using new formula can fitthe test value well. /(5/) The reliability analysis of shear formula of RC beams was given. The influenceof different factors
