玻璃钢船体方案设计系统研究

摘  要: 国际游艇产业向亚太地区快速转移,这给山东游艇企业带来了难得的发展机遇。为了加快船艇企业的快速发展,提高省内船艇制造能力,促进胶东半岛经济区建设,山东很早就提出小型船艇玻璃钢化的重要举措,这是建立海上山东的重要组成部分。但目前以手工和经验为主的船艇生产技术难以满足该产业快速发展的需要。为此本文将人工智能和参数化等技术应用到玻璃钢船艇的设计中,研究基于母型船和用户需求快速设计新船的关键技术,开发玻璃钢船艇快速设计软件系统,为玻璃钢船艇产业的快速发展提供技术和软件支撑。 本文首先介绍了基于实例推理的型线设计方法。该方法先收集以往的历史船型、设计经验和设计数据建立系统的型线库、知识库和数据库;在设计新船时采用基于实例的相似检索方法从库中获取最优母型船;然后根据实际设计需求在最优母型船的基础上进行变型设计;最后进行新船的初步光顺、修改以及型值的提取。使型线设计的过程更加系统、便捷和准确。 接着本文将三维参数化设计技术应用到玻璃钢船艇船体的结构设计中。根据前文的型值信息以及设计需求进行船体结构的划分,抽象出各船体结构进行参数化表达的参数,并建立起各结构之间的约束关系;并在UG环境下生成船艇的三维结构,为后续的重量预估等工作提供支持。 设计评价是玻璃钢船体设计的重要环节,为此本文根据前面获得的型值信息和三维结构进行了船艇的静力学计算、阻力性能分析以及船体重量重心预估。根据计算结果评价设计参数是否符合要求,当不满足设计要求时则对船体参数进行局部修改,并重复此过程直至满足各项设计要求。 论文最后完成了玻璃钢船体方案设计系统的功能设计和体系设计,并开发出了实际� The world's yacht market moved quickly to the Asia-Pacific region.It took rare opportunities of development for Shangdong province.In order to speed up development of ship,improve the capability of boats producting,advance the buliding of Jiaodong peninsula Economic Zone, the important measure has been proposed by Shandong that all small ship is constructed by fiberglass.This is an important part of the establishment of offshore Shandong.But the current construction of ship which is mainly based on manual and design experience can not meet the needs of rapid development of this industry. Therefore,this paper applied the artificial intelligence technology and the parametric3D modeling technology to the design of fiberglass hull.It researched on the rapidly design technology of ship which is based on the parent ship and user requirement, developed rapidly design system of fiberglass ship and provided technical and software support for the rapid development of the fiberglass boat industry. This paper firstly introduce the lines design method applying case based reasoning. Collecting old-fashioned hull form,past design experiences and design data to bulid hull lines base,knowledge base and database. The method applying case based reasioning is taken to obtain parent ship when new ship is designed. Next based on parent ship to achieve prototype ship transformation according to the design requirement. Finally the new ship lines is fared and modified, then its offset points are picked up. This process is more rapid and accurate. Then, parametric3D modeling technology is applied to strctural design of glass reinforced plastic hull. Hull structrue is divided in according to the preceding information of data point and design requirements. The next step is to find parameters for parameterizing and constraints relationship of all structrues. Finally the3D hull strctrue will be bulit in UG, and providing a guarantee for follow-up estimating the weight of the hull. Design evaluation is an important link for the des
