基于形状记忆聚合物的智能模具的设计与研究

摘  要: 形状记忆聚合物/(ShapeMemoryPolymer,SMP/)是一种通过对其进行分子组合和改性,其形状可随外界条件发生改变的材料。在一定条件下改变形状记忆聚合物的形态(从起始态赋形至变形态)并固定后;当外部条件再次发生变化时,形状记忆聚合物能够以特定的方式和规律由变形态回复至起始态。从而,完成了“记忆起始态→固定变形态→恢复起始态”的变形循环。 本论文提出了一种以形状记忆聚合物为材料的智能模具,它可以利用形状记忆聚合物的记忆性能、大回复变形性能来设计和制造模具,以便于应用于复杂形状的结构件的设计和制造。与传统模具相比形状记忆聚合物的智能模具具有结构简单、易于脱模和可重复使用等优势,在航天等多个领域有着广泛的应用前景。 本论文根据形状记忆聚合物的热力学行为的三维本构方程,基于ABAQUS有限元的二次开发,结合ABAQUS中的典型案例推导出了可应用于ABAQUS有限元软件的热力学本构方程,并且编写了适用的UMAT子程序,对本文中设计的形状记忆聚合物模具的热力学行为进行了分析模拟,得到了丰富的模拟结果,从理论上验证了形状记忆聚合物作为模具的可行性。 本论文通过在加热条件下对薄壁圆管的变形,制备了瓶状和进气道两种模具。论文还对模具的变形回复能力、回复精度、回复速率进行了研究,最终利用形状记忆聚合物制作的两种模具在一定条件下进行了缠绕实验,并进行了脱模验证,从实际角度证明了形状记忆聚合物作为模具的可行性。 本文主要工作是对将形状记忆聚合物作为模具的可行性研究,通过上述有限元模拟和缠绕实验的验证,证明苯乙烯形状记忆聚合物有着良好的材料性能,能够满足作为模具的需求。同时本文所设计的模具虽具有一定的精度,然而并不 Shape Memory Polymer /(SMP/) is an emerging class of active polymers that have dual-shape capability. It can change in its shape with the external conditions. Under certain conditions, SMP can change the shape /(from the initial state shaped to deformed shape/) and fixed; when the external conditions change again, SMP can return to initial state in specific ways and laws. Thus, the SMP shows the process of memory 'the initial shape→the deformed shape→the initial shape' This paper designs and produces a smart mandrel of shape memory polymer material. It can take the advantage of the SMP materials as its shape memory properties and large reply deformation properties, in order to facilitate the manufacturing of the components used in complex shapes. Compared with the traditional mold, the smart mold has the advantages of a simple structure, easy stripping and reusability. It has broad application prospects in aerospace and many other fields. Based on the three-dimensional constitutive equation of the thermodynamic behavior of shape memory polymers and secondary development of the ABAQUS finite element, this paper derive the constitutive equation of thermodynamics that can be used in the ABAQUS finite element software. And this paper writes the UMAT subroutine for ABAQUS. Then this paper simulates the thermodynamic behavior of shape memory polymer mold, and gets a wealth of simulation results. Finally, the results verify the feasibility of the shape memory polymer as a mold. The paper also designs two sets of molds /(bottle-shaped and air-duct shape/) at the high temperature. The paper also studies the ability of recover from the deformation to initial shape, recovery accuracy, and recovery rate of the mold. Then this paper proceeds filament winding on the two complex shapes, and finally produces two components. So this paper proves the feasibility of the smart as a mold from the practical point.
