摘 要: 随着我国经济建设的迅猛发展,企业生产仓储用房日趋大型化,钢结构骨架建造的厂房,以强度高、自重轻、跨度大、吊装施工方便、施工周期短和工程造价低等优点正越来越被广大厂家所采用。 本文以巨力集团工业区大跨度厂房为工程背景。该工程除采用大跨度圆钢管桁架结构,且应用到了该集团生产的钢拉杆。论文以设计与理论研究相结合,从多方面对结构进行有限元分析、优化结构设计,通过钢拉杆的使用,达到了减少结构的用钢量、降低整体建设投资的目的。 主要工作如下: (1)对初步方案确定的六种大跨度桁架方案进行分析,绘制弯矩包络图,并结合建设单位的使用要求,最终选定最经济、最优方案。 (2)运用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行计算与分析所选结构方案。从规范要求的上百种组合工况中选择其控制作用的五种工况,施加于钢桁架,绘制变形图,从中得到最大位移。同时,计算杆件内力,画内力云图。根据ANSYS变形图、内力云图,复核钢管桁架结构安全,满足国家规范及建设单位的使用要求。 (3)根据计算结果,比较钢拉杆在结构受力中所起的作用。结果显示用到钢拉杆后,大跨度钢管桁架结构确实可以起到减少结构用钢量(10/%左右)、降低建设投资的目的。 Along with the rapid development of economic construction in our country,rooms for storage and production of enterprise are been built larger still, and thefactory site built in steel structural frame will be used by various manufacturerswith its advantages of high strength, light dead load, large span, convenienthoisting in the construction, and short period of the construction and low cost. This paper takes the factory site building on large span in the industrialzone of Juli group as the project background. Besides using truss structure withround steel pipe on large span, the project also applies the steel tie rod made inthat group. This paper combines the design with the theoretical research, andcarries on the finite element analysis, optimal structure design of the structure invarious aspects and through using the steel tie rod, we can realize the purposes ofto reduce the structure steel used in quantity, and reduce the overall constructioninvestment. The main works we conduct are as follows: /(1/)Make analysis to the six kinds of large span truss schemes settled in thepreliminary plan and draw the envelop diagram with bending moment, andcombined with the usage requests of the construction unit, we finally choose themost cost-saved and most optimal scheme. /(2/)Use the universal large software ANSYS on finite element analysis tocalculate and analyze the selected structure scheme. According to the standardrequirement and from hundreds of combination of work condition we can choosefive work conditions under control in effect for applying to the steel truss, anddraw the deformation figure, and get the maximum displacement. At the sametime, we can also calculate the internal force of the rod piece, and draw the clouddiagram to show its internal force. According to the deformation diagram ofANSYS and cloud diagram showing the internal force, we can review thestructure safety of the steel truss which should meet the national standards andthe usage requirement of the construction unit. /(3/)Acco
