摘　　要： “中”，既是一种哲学观念，也是一种为人处事的艺术。目前，中国传统文化对秘书职业的积极影响备受关注，但从“中”这一核心理念入手研究秘书工作规律和艺术特质的文章还较少。本文先从本体论角度分析“中”的哲学思想，再从职业道德、工作方法等角度，分析“中”是“度”的哲学和“为”的艺术，着重结合秘书工作“中位”的特点，探讨秘书工作的“中道”。文章认为：“中”在道德上主要表现为“忠恕”和“慎独”的修身理念，在方法上则体现为“执两用中”、“和而不同”、“时中”等艺术形式。在上述理论研究的基础上，文章着力与实践相结合，探讨秘书工作“中”在为人处世和具体的“书、办、谋、管”工作中的运用，并就如何培养秘书“中”的意识和能力，提出了自己的观点。 “The doctrine of mean”，is both a philosophical concept and a art of social communication.Currently， the positive impact that the traditional Chinese culture has on secretary is closelyconcerned， but less research work start with “The doctrine of mean” which is the core conceptof traditional culture. This article first from the perspective of ontology to analyze the philosophyof “The doctrine of mean”, then from the perspective of professional ethics and methods of workto analyze that “The doctrine of mean” is the philosophy of “moderate” and the art of “do”.Focus on combining the work of the secretariat “median” features and explore the “morals” ofthe secretarial work.“The doctrine of mean” is mainly expressed as “loyalty and forgiveness”,“cautiousness” in moral. In method are reflected as “holding the two and using the middle”，“harmony but not sameness”，“time and mean” and other art forms. On the basis of the theorystudy above, combined the article with practice to explore the art of “The doctrine of mean” inthe conduct of life and in the work of “write, do, advise and manage”. And put forward my ownviews on how to cultivate secretaries’ awareness and ability of “The doctrine of mean”.
