摘　　要： 农业产业化经营在我国虽然起步相对较晚，发展的条件也与国外有所不同，但是，它对农业经济的发展起着巨大的推动作用。改革开放二十多年来，随着广东对农业产业化的认识不断加深，农业产业化经营也取得了显著成效，走农业产业化经营发展之路，是广东实现现代农业的必然选择。 文章首先对农业产业化进行了概要分析。通过对农业产业化经营的发展阶段及历史演进的阐述，概括出了其内涵和特征，综合分析我国农业产业化产生的条件，强调我国产业化经营还处于初级阶段，但是农业产业化经营对于优化配置农业资源、快速有效地促进农民增收，转移农村剩余劳动力等有着不可忽视的意义。 其次，文章根据西方经济学的相关理论分析了农业产业化经营的有关理论和运行机制。分工协作理论是农业产业化产生的条件，信息不对称轮、交易费用理论和制度变迁论使得农业产业化经营有着雄厚的理论背景。农业产业化的利益分配机制、运营约束机制、基本保障机制、宏观调控机制和资金投入机制则支撑起农业产业化经营的运行。 再次，文章分析了国外典型的农业产业化发展的经营模式，并总结了国内农业产业化发展的几种典型模式，对我省的农业产业化经营发展起到借鉴作用。 第四，文章开始从广东省的实际情况出发，通过一些基础数据分析出广东省农业产业化经营的发展现状及存在问题，进一步深入分析我省农业产业化经营的环境的优势和劣势，为后文探索路径做铺垫。 最后，文章提出了我省农业产业化经营发展的路径，着重对龙头企业和利益联结机制进行了分析，在建立信任发展的氛围下，通过培育龙头企业这个农业产业化发展的排头兵，建立有效利益联结机制来推动我省农业产业化经营的发展。 The industrialized operation of agriculture in our country although started relativelylate，the conditions are different with abroad，it plays a huge role in the development ofthe agricultural economy. Reform and opening up for more than twenty years，GuangDong continues to understanding of agricultural industrialization deeply，and alsoachieved remarkable results in industrialized operation of agriculture， walk theindustrialized operation of agriculture development way which is the inevitable choice ofrealizing modern agriculture for Gungdong. Secondly，according to the relevant theories of western economics，it analyzed theindustrialized operation of agriculture of relevant theories and operation mechanism.Division of labor cooperation theory is the requirement of producing agricultureindustrialization， asymmetric information， transaction cost theory， round theunbalanced development theory and the theory of institutional change makes theindustrialized operation of agriculture has a strong theoretical background. Of theindustrialization of agriculture interests distribution mechanism， and operationmechanism， basic guarantee mechanism constraints， the macroeconomic regulationand control mechanism and capital input mechanism is supporting the agriculturalindustry management operation. Third， this paper analyzes the development of the agricultural industrialization offoreign typical business model， and sums up the domestic agricultural industrializationdevelopment of several typical models， and the effects on the agriculturalindustrialization development used for reference Fourth， the article began with the actual conditions of Guangdong province，through some basic data of Guangdong province， the paper analyses the presentsituation and the question about industrialized operation of agriculture development，and to promote the agricultural industry management environment in our province on theadvantages and disadvantages analysis， to explore the path after groundwork. Finally， this paper puts forward to the path of the development of the industrializedoperation of agriculture， focuses on analyzing the leading enterprises and benefitcoupling mechanism， and the development in building trust atmosphere， through thedeveloping leading enterprise the agricultural industrialization development platoon guide， establish effective benefit coupling mechanism to promote the development ofagricultural industrialization in our province.
