新转制居民子女在融入城市过程中的教育问题研究

摘  要: 随着城市化进程的不断加快,越来越多的农民成为了转制居民,这一群体虽然因失地后经济地位明显得到提升,生活条件明显得到改善,但他们当中有相当一部人的思想观念、生活方式等方面的转变仍相当滞后,正面临着城市融入问题。他们的城市融入问题已经引起了学术界和相关部门的重视,但其子女的城市融入问题还没有受到应有关注。城市转制居民子女的城市融入问题不仅关系到他们自身的健康发展,而且关系到我国的城市化进程和社会的长久安定。如果他们不能顺利地实现城市融入,就可能沦落到城市社会的底层,成为城市的弱势群体,有的甚至成为城市社会安全的破坏者。显然,城市转制居民子女的城市融入问题并不是仅仅依靠他们自身和家庭就能够解决的,它必须依靠社会、学校和家庭的通力协作才能顺利完成。本文以广州市番禺区D镇为例,试图通过对D镇的新转制居民子女的城市融入状况进行调查研究,分析其城市融入现状及融入城市过程中产生问题的原因,提出城市融入教育的路径,为促进新转制居民子女顺利融入城市实现角色转变提供实践指导。 本文主要包括四部分:第一部分主要对有关转制居民及其子女的城市融入问题的研究现状进行分析,并阐述了本文所涉及的理论,着重对“新转制居民”和“城市融入教育”的概念进行了界定。第二部分别从生活方式、社会参与、人际交往、在校学习、心理认同五方面出发详细分析广州市番禺区D镇新转制居民子女的城市融入状况并总结出他们城市融入过程中遇到的问题。第三部分主要探讨了新转制居民子女城市融入问题的成因。总结得出,家庭教育的弱化、学校的“匆忙上阵”、被动城市化对城市融入的“先天制约”以及城市融入教育的缺失是造成新转制居民子女城市融入问题的原因。第四部分是城市融入教育实现的基本路径。首先阐述了开展城市融入教育的必要性,然后阐述了开展城市融入教育的主体及城市融入教育的内容,最后在从家庭教育、学校教育及社会教育三方面出发提出城市融入教育的实现路径。 With the accelerating of urbanization process, more and more farmers have become converting residents of the city. This group's economic status have raised and their living conditions have improved after losing field, but quiet a few of them have not changed their ideas, the way of life and so on. They are facing the problem of how to integrate the city. The problem of the converting residents how to integrate the city has got the vital concerning of the academia and governmental departments. But their children's problem of how to integrate the city is not been given the due diligence. This problem is not only related to the development of their own health, but also related to China's urbanization process and social long stability. If they can't successfully integrate the city, they may be reduced to the bottom of the urban society, and become the social vulnerable group, even become the destroyers of social security. Obviously, the problem of the urban integration not just relying on their own and families can be solved. It must rely on society, school and family to work together. Only in this way can promote to solve the problems that they have met in the process of urban integration. This article takes the Panyu D town of Guangzhou as an example. Try to through field work and interview to make a careful analysis of their situation on the urban integration. Try to make a analysis about the reasons of the problem on urban integration. At last, put forward the route about the education of urban integration. Hope to provide practice instruction for promoting the new converting residents'children to integrate the city and achieve role conversion.. This article has four parts:The first part discusses the new converting residents and their children's urban integration problems. Discuss the relevant theories. Emphasize the concepts of the new converting residents and education of urban integration. The second part try to through the lifestyle, the social participation, interpersonal communication, school learning and psychological identity to make a careful analysis about the situation of Panyu D town's new converting residents'children. And summarize their urban integration problems. The third part discusses the reasons about their urban integration problems. The conclusions are that, the weakening of family education, schools' battle in a hurry, passive urbanization make a restriction of "congenital restriction" to the entering city and the lack of education of urban integration are the reasons. The fourth part is about the path to realize the education of urban education.Fist discuss the necessities, the subjects and the contents about the education of urban integration.Then puts forward a path about the education of urban integration from family education, school education and the social education service.
