广州入境游客结构特征及时空动态规律研究

摘  要: 入境旅游是衡量一个国家和地区开放度及旅游产业发展水平的重要指标,也是一个区域赚取外汇和解决就业的重要渠道,其经济效益、社会效益、环境效益、就业效益和关联带动效益在世界旅游业持续快速发展中愈加凸显。改革开放以来,广东省入境旅游人数和旅游外汇收入一直居全国第一。广州市作为广东省省会城市和中国南方最大的旅游城市,从1978年—2002年入境旅游客流量一直位居全国首位,2003年之后才位居深圳之后,但外汇收入却与北京、上海相差甚远,广州入境旅游人数和入境旅游外汇收入两者之间呈现严重错位。本文从广州入境游客结构和入境旅游客源地时空动态规律角度对广州入境旅游三十几年的发展情况进行了较为系统和动态的分析,根据分析结果总结出广州入境游客结构特征和动态规律,找出影响广州入境旅游发展的影响因素,提出进一步发展广州入境旅游的建议,为旅游相关部门科学决策和制定旅游规划、开发方略等,提供一定参考和借鉴。 第一,利用入境旅游人数、外汇收入、港澳台客流量和外国客流量等指标分析广州入境游客结构特征。(1)受地缘因素影响,广州入境游客中以港澳游客占60/%以上,导致广州一日游游客多,游客消费少,旅游消费结构水平低。(2)广州入境游客中商务型游客为主体。(3)受广州广交会的影响,广州入境旅游呈现出4月和10月两个高峰期。(4)广州入境游客旅游方式以散客为主,而且近年来散客化趋势愈加明显。第二,利用1978-2010年海外入境旅游统计资料计算、分析入境客流时间变化规律。(1)广州入境划分为平稳波动增长和快速波动增长两个发展阶段。(2)入境港澳台游客的年际变化量直接影响着广州入境旅游客流量的变化。(3)广州入境旅游客源国年际差异明显。(4)广州入境旅游消费增长停留在单纯靠游客量增长而增加的较低层次上。第三,引入地理集中度指数和亲景度对广州入境客源国进行空间分异特征分析。(1)广州入境旅游客源地比较分散,客源市场比较稳定。(2)从入境客源国亲景度看,与广州入境客源国地理集中度不高的结论相一致。(3)广州入境旅游有着鲜明的商务旅游特色。(4)广东省入境旅游的空间竞争态势已经形成,珠江三角洲地区城市成为广州市入境旅游的竞争对手。(5)广州对新生客源国具有一定的吸引力,而对于传统客源国的吸引力出现下降。第四,分析广州入境旅游发展的影响因素,并在此基础上提出加强信息传播,提升广州城市形象;整合、开发旅游产品,提升广州旅游吸引力;优化旅游发展的大环境等旅游发展建议。 Inbound tourism is an important indicator to measure the openness of a national orregion and tourism development, an important channel to earn the foreign exchange and solvethe employment, which can increase tourism benefits and economic, social and environmentalbenefits, promote cultural exchanges and cooperation and so on. Since the reform andopening up, Inbound tourist arrivals and tourism foreign exchange earnings of GuangdongProvince have taken the first place in china. Guangzhou City is the provincial capital city ofGuangdong Province and the largest tourism city in southern China, from1978-2002inbound tourism passenger volume has been ranked first in china, after2003, behind inShenzhen ranked, but compared with Beijing and Shanghai, the foreign exchange earnings ismore different in Guangzhou, there is a serious dislocation between inbound tourism andinbound tourism foreign exchange earnings. This paper analyzed deeply structure of inboundtourists and inbound tourism source in Guangzhou, summed up the results of structuralcharacteristics of inbound tourists and development constraints of inbound tourism inGuangzhou, and put forward the planning and development strategy of the inbound tourism inGuangzhou. First, analyzed inbound tourists structural features with tourist arrivals, foreign exchangeearnings in Guangzhou./(1/) Hong Kong and Macao visitors as the main body in Guangzhou,60/%proportion, lead to day tour visitors more, tourist consumption less and low level oftourism consumption structure./(2/) commercial visitors as the main body in Guangzhou,attracting a large number of business travelers in twice Import and Export Fair each year./(3/)Affected by the Fair, there are the two peak periods of inbound tourism each year,respectively in April and October./(4/) Individual tourists as the main body in Guangzhou, butthe trend of individual tourists became apparent in recent years. Second, use1984-2010overseas tourism statistics calculation, analysis the time variation law of inbound passengerflow./(1/) Inbound tourism is divided into two stages of development that smooth fluctuationsin growth and rapid fluctuations in growth./(2/) The tourists of Hong Kong and Macao becomechange sensitive factor of passenger flow of the annual in Guangzhou./(3/) Inter-annual differences of inbound tourist are significant./(4/) Inbound tourism consumption still remainsin the simply relying on the growth of tourists and increase low level. Third, use thegeographic concentration index and the preference scale,analyzed the spatial variationcharacteristics of inbound tourist source countries in. Guangzhou./(1/) the geographicconcentration index is not high, inbound tourist source markets are relatively stable./(2/) thepreference scale of Indonesia, Malaysia, France, Italy, Germany, India is relatively high,; thepreference scale of Korea is lowest,only0.16./(3/) business travel features is obvious inGuangzhou,to draw conclusions from the geographic concentration index and the preferencescale./(4/) Inbound tourism of other cities in Guangdong Province, especially the Pearl RiverDelta city got fast development in recent years,become competitors of inbound tourismofGuangzhou./(5/) The newborn tourist source countries rapid growth, driven by active inboundtourist market in Guangzhou. Fourth, analyzed the influence factors of inbound tourism andproposed:/(1/) To strengthen the information transmission, to improve the image of the city ofguangzhou./(2/) Integration and development of tourism products, improve the tourismattraction of guangzhou and so on.
