摘　　要： 物流产业是国民经济发展的动脉和基础产业，在竞争激烈的市场环境中，物流产业的发展也越来越重要，物流产业作为地区经济发展到加速器，其发展水平也已经成为衡量一个地区现代化程度和经济实力的重要标志之一，是经济发展的加速器和企业发展的“第三利润源泉”。随着经济全球化程度的加深和知识经济时代的来临，市场对于时间的要求越来越高，航空运输方式在全球经济体系中起到越来越重要的作用。从航空运输方式来看，根据波音公司的预测，到2018年，航空货运所占的比重会越来越多，从全球航空运输的角度来说将会达到44/%，而在未来20年内世界的航空货运量将会以年均6.2/%左右的速度持续增长。而随着航空运输业的增长，很多物流企业逐渐在机场周边集聚，形成空港物流区。空港物流作为物流产业的重要组成部分之一，其也成为经济发展新的增长极。 论文对物流、空港物流和区域经济等相关概念做了简单阐述后，再从研究内容、研究方法和实证等方面对国内外物流产业对区域经济发展的影响进行综述的基础上，以广州花都区的物流产业和花都区花东镇的空港物流企业为案例，采用问卷调查、深度访谈和实地调研方法获取第一手的资料，从物流业与区域间的关系出发，梳理出花都区和花东镇物流产业的发展情况，通过相关的统计方法，揭示出花都区物流产业及花东镇物流企业对在经济总量、产业结构和空间结构的关系，并定量刻画了花东镇物流企业与其他产业间的联系强度和密度，旨在为理清目前花都区与花东镇的物流产业发展的现状和问题，为提升物流产业发展的竞争力,带动区域经济发展提供理论依据和参考借鉴。 首先通过分析花都区的区域发展概况，利用区位商和偏离份额分析法来揭示物流产业在花都区中的地位和产业竞争力，其次利用灰色关联度和logistics模型对花都的物流产业与经济总量、就业结构、产业结构和空间结构间的关系进行了深入分析。第三、从空港物流的角度出发研究花东镇的物流业与当地的关系，通过分析花东镇的区域发展概况，在分析空港物流发展阶段的历程基础上，通过问卷调查和深度访谈，对花东镇的空港物流企业的发展特征进行深入解析，并运用SPSS软件对花东镇物流企业与其他产业间的关系进行测度分析。第四、通过对花东物流企业的解析来分析物流企业对花东镇的经济总量、就业结构、产业结构和空间结构的影响，并运用案例分析，以联邦亚太转运中心、广州白云国际物流有限公司和佛山市口岸报关有限公司三种不同类型的企业作为案例来总结出物流企业对当地经济带动作用的模型。 Logistics industry is one of the most important industries for the development ofeconomy. On the highly competitive market environment, the logistics industry ismore and more important. As an accelerator of the regional economic development ofthe logistics industry, it is also one of the most important signs to balance the developcapability and degree of one country, so it’s also called “the third resource of profit forthe company” sometime. With the economic globalization deepening and theknowledge economy era coming, the market in the demand of the time is moreincreasingly, the way of the air transport in the global economy play an increasinglyimportant role. According to Boeing's forecast, air cargo traffic in the world in thenext20years will grow6.2/%by average growth rate.In2018, air cargo's of totalglobal air transport will increase to44/%. With the growth of air transport industry,many logistics enterprises will be gradually gather around at the airport, and to formatlogistics zone. As an important part of the logistics industry, airport logistics isbecoming the new growth pole of economic development. In the paper, the author briefly discusses the related concepts of logistics andairport logistics and regional economic. Based on the review of research content,research methods, and empirical of the effect on logistics industry on regionaleconomic development in domestic and international, and take the logistics industryin Huadu and the airport logistics industry in Huadong, Guangzhou, as an example.Using enterprise questionnaire, depth interviews and investigation methods forobtaining first-hand data, to research the relationship of logistics industry and regionaleconomic, tidy the development of logistics industry in Huadu and Huadong, andusing the relevant statistical methods, reveal the relationship of the total economy,industrial structure, and spatial structure in regional economic and logistics industry inHuadu and logistics enterprises in Huadong, quantitative characterization anddiagnosis the density and intensity of logistics enterprises and other industry. Theauthor wants to clarify some current status and problems of logistics industry, andprovide a theoretical basis and references for enhancing the competitiveness and drving regional development of it. Firstly, by analysis of the regional development of Huadu, the author using locationquotient and shift share analysis to reveal the position and industrial competitivenessin Huadu. Secondly, with the gray correlation degree and logistics model, the authoranalysis the effects of logistics and total economic output, employment structure,industrial structure and spatial structure. Thirdly, from the point of the airport logisticsto research the relationship of the logistics and the local regional development inHuadong, by analysis of the regional development of Huadong, in the course on thebasis of the analysis of airport logistics stages of development, using questionnairesand depth interviews, the author deeply analysis the airport logistics enterprisesfeatures, and measure the relationship between logistics enterprises and otherindustries with SPSS software. Fourth, according to the analytic of logistics enterprises in Huadong, the authoranalytic the effect between economy output, employment structure, industrialstructure and spatial structure and logistics enterprises. And then, using case analysis,taken different types of enterprises as a case, like as FedEx Asia Pacific hub,Guangzhou Baiyun International Logistics Co., Ltd. and Foshan Port declaration Co.,Ltd., the author summary of a model of logistics enterprises in the leading role of thelocal economy.
