基于STSE理念的地理信息技术校本课程的开发与实施行动研究

摘  要: 随着我国基础教育课程改革的发展,原先单一的国家课程模式已被国家、地方、学校三级课程所取代。校本课程的开发是我国基础教育课程改革的一大创新,它将极大的责任和自主权赋予了学校,使其在培养学生的创新精神和实践能力上能够适应其自身的需要。本研究项目是在我国基础教育新课程改革的背景下,确立以学生为中心、以发展为中心的教育思想,突破地理的国家课程模式,构建以培养学生STSE理念,提高科学素养为目的的地理校本课程;开发凸显STSE理念的地理校本课程内容;探索地理校本课程教学中STSE教育的操作原理和教学策略,以及基于STSE教育的地理信息系统校本课程开发模式。为全面提升中学地理校本课程开发能力提供理论依据和实践经验。 本研究项目有以下目的,一、提升学生的STSE意识,使学生通过自由的参与类似于科学研究的学习活动,获得实际体验,激活储存知识,在发现问题与解决问题的探索性活动中,发展自己的创造和实践能力。从而树立正确的科学价值观,明确社会责任。二、把校本课程的开发当做是问题探究的过程,更加强调课程开发的过程与结果、目的与手段的连续性统一;形成教材、环境、教师、学生之间相互作用所构成的一个“生态系统”;实现“教法”向“学法”的转变,从“教程”向“学程”的超越。三、探索以STSE理念和地理信息技术相结合的校本课程开发方法,形成“马赛克”课程板块。学生根据兴趣爱好选择自己感兴趣的板块进行学习,进行个性化学习。四、在教学实习的基础上试图对地理信息技术校本课程的开发与实施进行完整而详实的记录。 在新的课程标准中,将地理学科分为三个必修模块和七个选修模块,其中地理信息技术模块属于选修模块之一,在日常教学中,教师往往由于自身对新技术认识不足或本模块在高考及会考中所占比例较低将此内容略过或由学生自学。使学生不仅不能将此内容作为高考中的得分点,更起不到地理课程中设置此内容的意义。本项目的研究,就是讲地理信息技术作为一门校本课程在学生中推广,由学生自己按照兴趣选择这门课程,并通过本课程提高实践及知识运用能力,强调知识在生活中的普及与应用。 基于STSE理论的高中地理信息技术校本课程,是在新的课程观、现代科学方法论、建构主义学习理论和现代科学技术的普及的指导和前提下的高中地理课程与教学改革实践,本文作者对此进行了理论的阐述和实践的应用研究。 With the development of China's basic education curriculum reform, the state,local and school levels, curriculum model has been gradually replaced the originalsingle national curriculum model. School-based curriculum development is a majorinnovation in the curriculum reform of basic education in China; it's a great deal ofresponsibility and autonomy given to schools to develop students' innovative spiritand practical ability to adapt to their own needs. This research project is in the contextof China's basic education curriculum reform, to establish a student-centerededucation to develop ideas, breaking the geography national curriculum model, buildstudents STSE ideas to improve the scientific literacy for the purpose of geographicalschool-based curriculum; highlights the STSE concept of geographic-basedcurriculum development; explore the principle of operation of STSE education in theteaching of geography based curriculum and teaching strategies, and geographicinformation system-based STSE education school-based curriculum developmentmodel. Provide a theoretical basis and practical experience to enhance the secondaryschool geography based curriculum development capabilities. This research project has the following purposes, to enhance students' awarenessof STSE to enable students to scientific research through the participation of freedomsimilar to learning activities, to gain practical experience, the activation of storedknowledge, identify problems and problem-solving exploration activities,development own creative and practical ability. To establish the correct scientificvalues, and clear social responsibility. Geographic information technology based curriculum based on the STSE theoryof high school, a new concept of course, the modern scientific methodology, practiceunder the guidance and the premise of the constructivist learning theory and modernscience and technology popularization of high school geography curriculum andteaching reform, the author of this theoretical elaboration and practical application ofresearch. Is divided into five parts The first chapter,'Overview', discusses the development of GIS technology andgeographic information technology based curriculum; research status of GISeducation in secondary schools; and research significance. STS educational theoryOverview,'describes the meaning of STS education as well as the characteristics ofSTS education, basic contents and its development in the country. Chapter III 'mode of operation of the school-based curriculum developmentbuild, discusses the mode of operation of school-based curriculum developmentmethods and processes, including school-based curriculum development, use andevaluation process. Chapter IV,'theoretical exploration of geographic information technology basedcurriculum, the theory of geographic information technology courses and technicalsupport, influence factors of geography based curriculum development, the basicprinciples of school-based curriculum development in secondary school geography,the basic tasks, the development of type programming and management of thestrategy and geography based curriculum. Chapter 'the practice of geographic information technology based curriculum, anoverview of the guiding ideology of the geography based curriculum practice researchand analysis of the Guangzhou V of geographic information technology basedcurriculum resources and school-based curriculum development and implementationof goals.
