摘　　要： 本研究在主观幸福感的相关理论基础上，探索广州市女大学生人格和认知方式与主观幸福感关系。笔者抽取广州市区3所院校共计975位女大学生，使用工具包括青少年生活满意度量表和快乐感量表、大五人格简式量表，青少年心理控制源量表，采用班级团体测试，收回有效问卷835份，采用SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果表明： 1．广州女大学生的主观幸福感总体水平处于中等偏上，其中对家庭、自由和环境的满意度相对较高，而对友谊、学习和学校的满意度则相对较低。 2.城镇和农村、独生和非独生的广州女大学生在生活满意度和快乐感体验在总体上并没有存在显著差异，但是存在学校之间的差异和不平衡。 3.广州女大学生的大五人格与主观幸福感有显著相关，其中神经质、外倾性和严谨性三个因素具有显著的效应并能较好地预测女大学生的幸福感。 4.广州女大学生的认知方式在人格与主观幸福感中具有中介效应。 This study investigates the subjective well-being of female undergraduates inGuangzhou and highlights the influence of personality and attributional style onsubjective well-being.975female undergraduates from three universities inGuangzhou were surveyed. The instruments included General Big Five Scale/(GBFS/),Adolescent’s Life Satisfaction Scale/(ALSS/), Happiness Scale/(HS/) andInternal-External Locus of Control Scale/(IELC/). Results suggested: /(1/)Female undergraduates in Guangzhou experience above-average subjectivewell-being, particularly in the dimensions of family, free and environment. /(2/)No statistical significant difference exists both between those from urban andrural and between those only-daughter and non-only-daughter. While there’ssignificant difference between different universities. /(3/)There are significant correlation between personality and subjectivewell-being. Regression analysis indicated that nervousness, extroversion andconscientiousness had significantly influence female undergraduate’s SWB. /(4/)Attributional style shows significantly relation to subjective well-being andpersonality of female undergraduates.
