摘 要: 本研究从情绪智力、学习自控力出发,调查分析了小学高年级学生情绪智力和学习自控力的特点,探讨了情绪智力、学习自控力和学业成绩的关系。 研究中,对番禺区三所小学的321名学生进行调查分析,结果表明:(1)小学高年级学生的情绪智力不存在城乡、年级的差异,但存在性别的显著性差异。(2)情绪智力与学习自控力存在着显著的正相关关系,在两变量各个维度之间也存在着高度的相关关系。(3)学习自控力及各维度与学业成绩各科目均存在着极其显著的正相关关系。(4)情绪智力及各维度与学业成绩各科目均存在着极其显著的正相关关系。(5)以学习自控力和情绪智力为自变量,语文、数学及英语三科成绩为因变量,分析得出情绪知觉、他人情绪管理及自控感正面影响着语文成绩,自控倾向则消极影响着语文成绩;情绪知觉、自控策略可以预测数学成绩,且是正面的;自控感和情绪知觉可以预测英语成绩,且是正面的。(6)通过关系模型检验情绪智力对学习自控力和学业成绩的中介效应,发现情绪智力对学习自控力和语文、数学成绩起完全中介作用,对学习自控力和英语成绩则起部分中介作用。 This thesis surveyed and analyzed the higher grade students’ characteristics of emotionalintelligence and self-control in learning, and explored the relationship between them andacademic achievement. The following results come from the investigation of321students from three primaryschools in Panyu District, Guangzhou City. A first, emotional intelligence difference of highergrade students does not exist among urban and rural areas, grade, but sexual distinctionsignificantly. Second, there is a significant and positive correlation between the emotionalintelligence and self-control in learning, and also a highly correlation between their variabledimensions. Third, there are extremely significant correlations between the self-control inlearning and the academic performance. Fourth, there are extremely significant correlationsbetween the emotional intelligence and the academic performance. Fifth, With self-control inlearning/&emotional intelligence as independent variable, Chinese//Math//English score asdependent variable, research shows that emotional consciousness, others emotional management/&self-control affect Chinese score in a positive way while self-control affect Chinese in theother way; emotional consciousness/&self-control strategy affect math score in a positive way;self-control in learning/&emotional consciousness together can predict English score, positively.Sixth, with help of relational model, test shows emotional intelligence plays a mediating rolebetween self-control capacity in study and Chinese/&math score, a partial intermediary rolebetween self-control capacity in study and English score.
