摘 要: 中国要建设创新型国家,人才是核心,教育是基础。教育心理学的研究发现,学生学习适应不良是一个普遍性问题。学习适应不良对学生的整体素质的发展产生巨大的消极影响,严重制约着教育的发展和人才的培养。小学阶段,是养成良好的学习习惯,发展学习兴趣,提高学习适应能力的关键时期。提高学生的学习适应能力,已经成为当前小学‘‘减负”和推进素质教育的重要措施。 本研究的目的在于,针对这一阶段的学生学习适应性问题,探索教育规律,研究指导实践,提高学生的学习适应性,使学生的学习兴趣、求知欲望和学习能力逐步提高,促进基础教育的发展,为学生终身教育奠定良好的基础。 在理论研究的基础上,笔者运用文献法收集并分析了过往文献中关于青少年学习适应性的研究成果,了解其概况,分析其特点,发现其不足,从而提出本研究的目标和切入点。通过问卷调查法收集当前小学中高年级学生学习适应性的相关数据,从中分析此阶段学生学习适应性的现状。以行动研究法,针对思想品德和习惯养成现状较差的学生实际,提出相应的干预措施。 本研究将有助于我们正确认识学生学习适应性问题,探索学生学习适应性调适的规律,将有助于学校及老师了解小学生在学习和发展上有哪些不适应现象及其原因所在,有利于因材施教,采取切实有效的措施解决学生在学习适应性方面存在的问题。同时本研究可以给家长提供指导和必要的帮助,让家长协助教师共同教育好学生,最终促进学生的学处进步。 China to build an innovative country, talent is the core, education is the foundation.Educational psychology study found that student learning maladjustment is a universalproblem. Learning a tremendous negative effect on the overall quality of thedevelopment of maladaptive students, seriously restircting the education anddevelopment and personnel training. The pirmary stage is to develop good study habits,develop interest in learning, improve learning ability to adapt to the critical period.Improve students' ability to adapt, has become a primary school”burden" and animportant measure to promote quality education. The purpose of this study is to learn adaptive problem for the elementary level,students explore the law of education and research to guide practice, improve theadaptability of students 'learning, the students' interest, and gradually increase the desirefor knowledge and learning ability,and promote the development of basic education lay agood foundation for students1lifelong education. On the basis of theoretical studies, I use the literature were collected and analyzed tolearn adaptive research in the past literature on adolescent understanding of their proifles,to analyze the characteirstics found insuiffcient,which put forward the objective of thisstudy and the starting point. Questionnaire to collect relevant data at the elementarymiddle and high school students to learn adaptability from the analysis of this phase,students learn the status of adaptability. Action research method, the actual status quo ofpoor students against the ideology and moral character and habits to develop, proposeappropirate interventions. This research will help us to correctly understand the students 'learning adaptability,to explore students' learning adaptive adjustment law will help schools and teachers forpirmary and secondary school students in learning and development are not suited to thephenomenon and its reason, individualized, to take effective measures to address thestudents in the study of the adaptability of the problems, and research to provideguidance and necessary assistance to parents to enable parents to assist teachers inco-education students, and ultimately to promote students' academic progress.
