摘　　要： 外来工子女作为经济社会发展过程中出现的特殊群体，由于地域的变迁，社会文化、经济、政治、教育等对其的不利影响，使他们身心健康的顺利发展受到了很大的影响。因此，探讨他们在不利处境下，如何通过自身对环境积极的调控，形成健全的人格，以达到对生活的良好适应具有非常重大的意义。 本文通过问卷调查和内隐实验相结合的方法，以广州市外来工子女为研究对象，探讨自我同一性、自我控制与自我满意度之间的关系，结果发现： （1）外来工子女在自我同一性中的总体扩散、总体早闭、总体延缓和总的同一性上，男生显著大于女生；对父母打工持不同态度的个体在总体扩散、总体早闭和总体获得也有不同程度的显著差异；在行为控制上，女生显著大于男生，在自我控制的各因子和总控制上，三个年级的外来工子女也有不同程度的显著差异。对父母打工看法不同的外来工子女在行为控制和总控制上也有显著差异；对于不同同一性状态的个体，在行为控制和总控制上也有不同程度的显著差异；在友谊满意度上，男生得分显著低于女生。除了学业满意度以外，在总满意度、自由、友谊和家庭因子上，对父母打工态度不同的个体，满意度水平也显著不同；处于四种不同自我同一性发展状态下的个体，在学业满意度和友谊满意度上面，都存在显著差异；不管个体处于哪一种同一性状态类型，高自我控制个体的满意度得分都显著高于低自我控制个体的满意度得分。 （2）意识获得与信念控制显著相关，意识获得、意识扩散、人际获得、人际扩散、人际早闭都与行为控制显著相关，意识获得、意识扩散与总控制显著相关，意识获得与意识扩散可以显著预测自我控制；自我同一性各因子与自我满意度各因子有不同程度的显著相关，意识早闭、意识延缓和意识获得可以显著预测自我满意度；自我控制各因子与自我满意度（除了学业满意度）各因子有不同程度的显著相关，信念控制与行为控制可以预测自我满意度。自我控制在意识同一性与友谊满意度之间起部分中介作用。 （3）对内隐控制来说，不同同一性状态的个体在对控制的反应时间上没有显著差异，差异主要来自于反应任务的不同，在相容任务上的反应时显著小于不相容任务的反应时；意识延缓状态与人际获得状态与内隐情境D值及内隐控制总D值有显著相关，人际获得状态可以显著预测内隐情境控制D值。 Because of the negative effects of the transition of territory, social culture, economy,politics, education and so on, the children of migrant workers’, which as a special groupemerged in the development process of economic society, affected by those negativeinfluencing seriously, which are bad for their health development of body-mind. Based onthis, it has very important meaning to investigate how they adjust the environmentpositivily by themselves and form a perfect personality in order to adapt to the daily lifeunder this unfavorable situation. The paper used the methods which integrated Questionnaire Investigation andImplicit Test and used the children of migrant workers’ in Guangzhou as researchparticipants to exam the relationship between Self-identity, self-control andself-satisfaction, the founding are as following: /(1/)For total diffusion, total foreclosure, total moratorium and total achievement in theself-identity of the children of migrant workers, the boys is greater than girls remarkable;the individuals who hold the different attitude for their parents have different degreeremarkable differences in the total diffusion, total foreclosure and total achievement; Onthe control of behavior, the girls is greater than boys, and on the each factors ofself-control and total control, there exists remarkable differences among three grades indifferent degrees; On the behavior control and total control, there is remarkabledifferences because of the attitude of their parents; For the individuals on different state,there is also remarkable differences on the behavior-control and total control in variouslevels; On the satisfaction of friendship, the scores of girls is higher than that of boysremarkable. On the friendship, family, freedom and total satisfaction, the levels ofsatisfaction are fluctuated with the diverse attitudes about their parents; Individuals stayedon four different development states of self-identity showed remarkable differences on thesatisfaction of school work and friendship. Research of the effect on satisfaction under theconditions of different identity state types and high-low self-control, the result justshowed the main effect of self-control. /(2/) Sense achievement is related with faith control remarkable; sense achievement, sensediffusion, personal achievement, personal diffusion, personal foreclosure are all relatedwith behavior control remarkable; Sense achievement, sense diffusion are related withtotal control remarkable, besides, sense achievement and sense diffusion can predictself-control remarkable; Each factors of self-identity is related with each factors ofself-satisfaction on different degrees; Sense foreclosure, sense moratorium and senseachievement can predict self-satisfaction remarkable; each factors of self-control isrelated with each factors /(except the satisfaction of school work/) of self-satisfaction ondifferent levels remarkable, faith control and behavior control can predict the level ofself-satisfaction. Self-control is playing a role as mediation between self-identity andself-satisfaction. /(3/) For the implicit control, there is no difference on the effect of control to differentidentity states, in verse, the difference is come from the different respond task, whichshowed that the reaction time on the compatible task is lesser than that on theincompatible task. Sense moratorium and personal achievement state are related with theD value of implicit situation and implicit control, the state of personal achievement canpredict the D value of implicit situation remarkable.
